Hello, I see that we have possibility to insert emoticons in emails and sms but when looking into the enum list I see as below: When trying using one of those I get "??" in the email after proofing. Can someone guide me? Are we missing some setup?

Hi everyone,I created a simple report that shows an area diagram and a Pareto distribution on the number of overtures clic;it works very well when I request data in a limited range (up to 3 months) but it fails if I extend the range beyond this limit (even if the amount of data is small): Following the link in the error message, it tells me to configure the plotOptions.series.turboThreshold option of the JS Api of this library, which however I don't know how to access programmatically, given that it is embedded in the Campaign visual composer:Can you tell me how I can change this behavior to allow data ranges of up to one year?And, outside this context, what are the data objects to use to create report on:1) distinct clicks (which ignore the opening by the same email client/recipient);2) clicks count on tracked URLs?Thanks in advance, regards

Hello! We are looking into the possibility to change our way of working regarding development in ACC. Today we have a dev and a prod environment and we do releases where we export packages for every change we made in dev and import them as xml files to production.We do not think it is optimal to do so and we would like to do such export-import work just when needed. Do you have input on when we should work with packages and when we can just made manual changes? It feels like we are overcomplicating things right now. Thank you so much!

Hi,In my setup I have two services that are connected to Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android and Apple Push Notifications for iOS version of the app. The setup looks more-or-less like that: Service1:- for iOS is using token-based authentication, with key id, team, bundle id and private key- for Android is using FCM HTTP (legacy) API version and project key Service2:- for iOS is using the same authentication details as Service1- for Android is using FCM HTTP v1 API version with project id and private key HTTP for FCM will be sunsetting soon, so I wanted to simplify the setup the keep only one service - especially that for iOS app both services are connecting to the same project. However, I have doubts before turning off Service1, because I see a different number of active iOS devices in Service1 and Servic2 - even though they are same app and should return the same users.  What would be the best way to keep only one service and make sure that all the users (esp

One of my team member uses Mac and I have created ACC account for them. I believe they can't able to login to our ACC environment using the same Client Console that I used. It's created for windows users. How would they able to login to our ACC account if they are Mac users?  Thanks! Ali
