Hi all,We are trying to send push notification deliveries to android mobile. The registration is successful and the registration token is also generating. But in the delivery we are getting the error as " Failed - Refused - Failed to identify the developer account, please check your ID and password". Which account we need to check? Is this account is android development account or campaign user account? This development is doing by two teams.Thanks,Raviteja.

Hello, I've created a new typology rule that should apply on all channels but when testing for SMS-channel the message go through.Here some screenshots:   Here can you see the logs of a test SMS-sendout, it says step:volume , why?When looking at the table it says like this:The ruleType of this specific typology rule is "Filtering":  Could someone guide me here and help me solve this problem?

Hi All,Requesting help with SMS requirement from adobe campaign classic v7- We want 2 automatic replies to be sent to users, one when they reply "Stop" and other when they reply anything other than Stop. Its an SMPP SMS account hosted on mid. KeywordShort CodeReplyStop Text1  Text2 A. For the first entry "Stop" when user replies as Stop, its working fine -                      1. Getting automatic reply.                      2. Receiving "Stop" in "insms" table.B. But for the second entry where keyword is kept blank, so that any reply other than "Stop" from user should give another auto response - Not working as expected                      1. If i have a technical workflow that captures form responses back in time.  What is the best way to create a running total that sums only up through the week listed in column A?  So, for the week of 02/19 i would only want the total to include up until that week and then any responses there after would represent the growth during that week.
