Adobe Campaign

 I have got two mailings. I created a workflow which requests JSON product recommendations to Target. Then I put urls/product name, price etc. into html.One has an h2 with a header. It looks like this the pictures are not loaded.  The other doesn't have it the div with text and it works ... Pictures are loadedHTML is like this. The Email Designer has accessibility issues with images. If users don't enter alternative text for the images, it doesn't add an empty alt attribute. If we manually add an empty alt attribute (alt="") via HTML code, the editor removes it. This creates serious accessibility problems: without an alt attribute, screen readers vocalize the image URL. Is there a way to work around this bug? How can we report the bug to the Adobe team for it to be fixed?

Hi all, I am trying to upload a HTML content with relative image path. Publication is not set to NONE. It is asking me publish the images and when I click Yes, I am getting the following error message:  BAS-010014 Cannot open file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Campaign Classic v7 Client\#005DAA' with read access (errno=2, The system cannot find the file specified.) Not able to understand or fix this issue. Hi, I want to be sure there will be no issues when other users try to query the recipients tables if it's main workflow (where it gets updated is still running).From this link, the locking happens when other processes (workflows) try to do changes in the tables (e.g. recipients):The example below illustrates the most common and logical form of transactional locking. In this case, we have 3 transactions that are all attempting to make changes to a single row in TableHowever, in my case, the other workflows will not attemp to do any changes to recipients, only query it to use it's data to sent some deliveries. Could any kind of locking still happen? I set my recipients update workflow running over night, but it is still running the update activity, and want to make sure everything will run smoothly for the other users, when they start their labor today.Maybe it is better to try contact adobe support to abort that update activity?

We are facing a weird issue with the 'backup' created for a serverConf file in mid sourcing server. Any idea how to resolve this? The Adobe Campaign v7 application is looking for the backup file with DB setup for it and throwing an error. Thanks, Hari Krishna D

Hi All ,We want to update the frontal server's config file so that it only listens to specific hostnames (for example  the "mkt" hostnames) instead of all of them. Right now, the config file is set to host='*', meaning it listens to all hostnames.We want to change it to use a list of specific hostnames separated by commas, like host='mkt-frontend.example.com,tracking.example.com' .However, when we make this change, the tracking and redirection features stop working correctly.Is there something we should check, or do you have any suggestions on what might be causing the issue? Thank You!

Hello,I'm looking for a way to identify what tables (and ideally fields) are being used across  a selection of campaign workflows. I'm guessing we can access the workflow data and possibly export the full XML. Then make an analysis outside of Campaign. The goal is to understand what data is used the most and validate if the data model could be optimised for the users. Has anyone done something similar already?Thanks

Using ACS, a number of our testers (clients) are receiving emails that render incorrectly and look distorted. They are all in the same company w/ Outlook. However, when I test it, use my personal outlook as well as gmail, it looks fine. How do I fix?

Hi, we are looking into using media query in our HTML emails so our logo will work for both devices with dark mode and regular ones.The idea is to use our logo in SVG format. Hi All, Working on a project where we are using a Ruby script in a multiscript activity. Following it's completion, we'd like to be able to pass results back to the workflow to use downstream. e.g. populate variables like instance.vars.xxxxx  Can anyone expand pass results back to a workflow from a multiscript activity? Hi, there was a situation in which a bulk delivery was stuck as "Target Ready" for almost an hour until somebody using an anonymous admin account applied "Wake Up" on the Campaign workflow and the delivery resumed again.Is it possible that applying wake up helped to resume the delivery or was it because of some other issue?

I have an address that was added to our Quarantine list in our Marketing Instance of ACC, from an email send from our Message Center instance.I first set the status to "Valid" which didnt change anything, and then we removed the address from quarantine table as a whole, but we are still seeing the delivery logs of the email send from the Message Center delivery as ignoring that particular address. We think that the Marketing instance removal of teh address from quarantine is somehow not reflected in the message center, as a result of me likely not doing something added.

When I build out an email in Campaign v8 and send it out, everything looks great in every mail client EXCEPT Outlook 2019. Outlook is replacing spaces and special characters with a ? symbol (screenshot attached). We just upgraded to v8 from ACS and never had this issue until we migrated. We have reached out to our Internal IT team to see if it was a security setting in Outlook making these changes and they blame it on the HTML, we reached out to Adobe and they said it was our internal security settings so we are basically running around in circles with no answers at all. Has anyone else dealt with this and if so, how did you fix it? We are using Outlook 2019 and when we view our emails in Email on Acid, we can't replicate this issue--it only happens when we send out the email (not a proof) to our Outlook accounts.

I am attempting to create shared (sub) workflows which other users could reuse them to do common tasks. What would be the best/proper way to pass variables that would work as parameters to these sub-workflows? Atm I am using instance variables, but I have a major issues with it. The following workflow, for example: Both sub-workflows use the instance.vars.parameter. Internally, on my sub-workflow, I would build a logic that halts the execution if the variable/parameter is not properly set. But, if the user forgets to set it on the second fork path, it will use the same instance.vars.parameter value of the first fork path. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach it?

I have workflow like that.In JS node I write the request to Target delivery API. Then it responds with JSON with products for a particular user. Delivery API has such a constraint. Do you have any ideas how I can workaround this in Campaign workflow? I am a little newbie to Campaign that's why I am asking:
