how to remove unreconciled records after reconciling it with recipients in adobe campaign classic

Hello, I'm trying to pass dictionary key-value object to display personalized content in recurring delivery and I'm not sure how to do so. General idea is that first I'm querying my database and then I'm using javascript activity to:1. Get customerIds from targetSchema2. Do some calculations through third party API3. Save the results in key-value pairs, one value per one recipient, for example: var dictionary = { 'customerId021': 'value1', 'customerId525': 'value2', 'customerId333': 'value3' }; up to this point everything is fine and now I wanted to pass this object to vars event variable to use it in recurring delivery activity, so in my javascript I did the following:vars.contentDictionary = dictionary;and in my delivery I was planning to do something as follows:<%= vars.contentDictionary.consumerId %>so the content would display different value per each user based on his consumerId. Unfortunately this is not working as expected as after the line:vars.c

Our IMS login is not working in ACC Client Console (8.6.3), In this version whenever we select an environment, it showing blank white screen with no further response. So, I need to:1.- Load a file.2.- Insert the new records and update the ones that are present in the schema byut maybe have one or more fields updated.3.- Delete all the records not presente in the file, but already inserted in the schema (those were inserted in previous executions of the workflow).Should it be done in the same workflow?

Hi Everyone, Can someone help me understand how logs are updated on the backend in Adobe Campaign? Specifically, I'd like to know whether its based on delivery ID, broadLog ID, message ID, recipient ID or delivery counter.I'm trying to update my delivery logs and tracking for custom channels like WhatsApp, RCS and would like to understand exactly how the process works behind the scenes. Hi All , recently i created a custom target mapping on acc v8 lets say named as “ABC” out of which 3 schemas for delivery, exclusion, tracking where created but now i want to delete it as requirement changes , but while deleting its giving “delivery linked” error i too check that no delivery is linked as it is new instance , secondly tried renaming and tried to create new target mapping on same schema but not able to save it it giving error and finally not able to create any new target mapping on schema used un ABC while i can create target mapping with other schema , how to resolve it .

Hi, if an user marks an email as spam or unsubscribes from an email, will the profile be denylisted for that particular channel but continue to receive communications for other channels? Do the terms blacklist and denylist mean the same thing here?

Hi, If an user has marked an email as spam and if the user is asked to "unspam" the email, then will the user be removed from the Quarantine list after that?

Dear I am newbie of Adobe campaign, so it might be very beginner level questions.  I want to create new workflow to send alarm to certain operator group in case that workflow of that instance is stopped as failed status.   I want to add 'A' node to judge whether there's failed count from previous node. In case, count is over 0 , then go to '1'              count is 0 , then go to '2' What activity should I add in 'A' with what setting in  it ?? RegardsSJ

Hi Community! I am working on a use-case that allows external system to integrate to our Campaign instance in order to create push deliveries and schedule + execute them. Here I have a requirement where I need to be able to set a single application variable "path". However, I have been unable to succeed with that. I mostly get a silent error/exception - So the system does not output any errors. The only thing I can confirm is, that it is related to attempting to set this specific field in my code. Hello, In a delivery where the subject line is configured as dynamic content (e.g. <%=targetData.firstName%>), is it possible to query in recipient delivery logs for the specific subject line which was created for that recipient? Querying for the field [delivery/mailParameters/subject] just returns the dynamic content code. Thanks,Skyler

Hi all,Recently we've experience that V8 is not pulling the URL tracking strings on the tracked links when the deliveries are created from the Web UI, although they are when they are created from a delivery template in a workflow also in the Web UI.Quite surprisingly Adobe is stating that, as of today, this feature is not available yet. I just wanted to ask if any other V8 Web UI user has also experience the same, and also that, bearing in mind that this lack of a key feature is not very well announced, any potential user who needs URL tracking is aware of the issue.ThanksGuillermo

Hi AllI have a question regarding my requirements. I have implemented an ETL technical workflow that exports data in CSV format to our downstream applications.My requirement is to split the response data into multiple batch files. For instance, sometimes we target more than 10 million individuals in an hour. When the broadLogData is exported, it includes all 10 million responses in a file, which takes a significant amount of time and results in a large file. What I would like to achieve is that if the export data exceeds 2.5 million, it should be split into four batch files, each containing 2.5 million records.Could you help me understand how to achieve this, either through code or if there are any out-of-the-box options available for this?Thank you.

We're trying to set up a subdomain to use with Campaign. We can't delegate the whole domain via nameserver, so we have to go the CNAME route. Adobe's instructions ask us to set up a CNAME record pointing testdomain.companyname.com to Adobe while ALSO setting up subdomains below that record pointing to Adobe via CNAME. According to our IT department, this is impossible in their DNS system. You can't have subdomains of a record that is itself a CNAME record. Only a zone record can have subdomains. Has anyone ever setup Campaign this way successfully?  If so, how did you get around this restriction? In the example below the CNAME record for 'testdomain.companyname.com.' is what we can't setup, due to it needing to be a zone record to setup the m1, t1, res1 and domainkey records below it.  Name Type Valuet1.testdomain.companyname.com.CNAMEt1.testdomain.companyname.com.cname.campaign.adobe.com.m1.testdomain.companyname.com.CNAMEm1.testdomain.companyna

We recently migrated to v8 from ACC v7. We have observed many times that when we create an email delivery the mirror page doesn't load when we try to view the same from the delivery object. However when we send out the email and click the mirror page in the email it loads properly. This is not consistent but works some time in delivery object. It looks like the mirror page is getting calculated incorrectly as I see always one mid-source URL (ex: m19) however in the email it is other one (ex: m20). When both are same (ie. m19) then it works in delivery object too.  How can this be corrected? Is there a way to assign right mid-source URL to the mirror page? Thanks in advance!

Hi All,I am working on creation of some typology rule , initially i can see some by default typology rules (marked as Bold) in v8 instance but their should be more by default typology rule  like i need by default typology rules for twitter(Direct tweet message size approval) or Typology rule for enhanced MTA or any other . How i can get all these default typology rules to my instance.Thanks
