Which is the most efficient way of exporting metrics for all segments with daily data?1. Report Builder2. API3. Data Feed and then Calculate using segment logic4. Any other?

Good day,  Within our product (that uses Wordpress) we would like to have better integration with Adobe Analytics. At this stage it is up to the client to just make it work which isnt ideal. Is there perhaps an updated and maintained plugin that we can use within our product? Can we perhaps have a call with someone from Adobe Analytics to discuss how we can do this if there is no plugin? 

Hi, I am trying to understand the difference between Adobe Analytics vs Customer Journey Analytics . Currently we use Adobe Analytics for website,Mobile Apps reporting and recently provisioned AEP along with CJA. My questions is , do we still need Adobe analytics post implementing CJA. Could anyone list out pros and cons of CJA and AA? I understand that CJA only work when data meet schema conditions and other important factors AEP has . Wanted to understand what we will miss if we migrate to CJA ? Thanks,   Pradeep

Hi Community,I'm trying to understand how many segments are available and how many of them are being actively used in the Projects/Workspace reports.In the Usage Logs, i could see "Segment ID" and "Project ID", is there a way where we can link both.This will help us to do the following:1. To delete segments which are not used in any of the Projects/Reports2. To identify reports/Segments which are not actively in use and then take decision to delete/keep3. Helps to Govern all the assets built in AA. All suggestions are welcome, Thanks in advance 🙂 

I have created a custom metric using Approximate Distinct Count for my member IDs.I wanted to validate that this lines up with the number of Member IDs who are clicking a CTA, so I created two tables - one with this distinct count metric, and one with the unique visitors metric. Both are broken down by my member Id dimension.But what I am noticing is that the distinct count metric doesn't actually give a number which is the same as the number of IDs, am I missing something? Is there a way to get that, and if not, what is it actually giving me?Here is an example where I compare the distinct count to the unique visitors metrics.Evidently, the number I was expected for the distinct count was 187 - as there are 187 IDs which interacted with this CTA - I also confirmed this by extracting the data into excel. Hi, We are migrating to CJA from AA, due to some reasons, part of the web sites have to stay with App Measurement and thus data are collected in 2 routes to CJA. Normal Web SDK / Edge / Data Stream for revamped/new sitesApp Measurement for old/existing site, so we need to leverage AA report suite and bring data to AEP dataset with Analytics Data Connector (ADC). When it comes to those lookup fields e.g. operating system, we observe the following behaviour, Data Stream has a config for lookup fields, e.g. it will lookup operating system from the user agent field, and we enabled this. Hi, I am reaching out to ask questions related to the way Adobe measures AMP pages consumed within external apps. Here is some background:I know AMP pages tend to be a stripped-down version of our regular pages and users that interact with them are not saving cookies and thus will always be considered a "new visitor" regardless of how many times have this device visited our pagesMobile app visitors are measured a little bit differently as they don't need cookies. In my marketing channel reporting, I have the default channel labeled None (essentially everything that doesn't meet any of my processing rules). However, when I create a segment/filter on None, I don't get the None channel. I get literally nothing. How can I actually filter to None?  

Hi All,We have a client who owns multiple domains under same Organisation and uses same VisitorID service. With the help of the demdex cookie we have  the same ECID on all the different websites. After disabling 3rd party cookies in the browser settings and clearing the browsercache/storage, we got a different ECID on each website.We are using this cross-website tracking with the help of the demdex cookie in our reports, primarily to evaluate the customer journey from one website to another website.This demdex cookie will be disabled after 3rd PArty Cookie deprecation, so is there any alternative solution of demdex cookie so that croos website tracking is still possible and same ECID is generated across all websites.Please note  : Top-level domain (TLD) is common among all websites Second-level domain (SLD) is common among all websites Only Third-level domain is different  among all websitesWould this make any difference ? (https://spark.adobe.com/page/0jhQHMs74AtYz/)It works well and I believe it is definitely useful tool. But when I wanted to insert metric data, I don't know how to do that.According to upon the documents, if I want to insert events data, I have to setup the column name on "events", for example, and typed "event1" below "events".If I wanted to insert 110,000 traffics of event1 in terms of "prop1", do I need to type "event1" 110,000 times?Is there any way to insert static number? or way to insert metric data easily? I've tried to find some information of this, I couldn't find anything 😞Please save me from my trouble. I am analyzing some data with Adobe Analytics We have tracking in to capture "EventA" when a user clicks on any of the four tiles on the page. The event fires each time the click happens on any of the tiles each tile also has an attributed internal tracking code (eVar)  on pageview calls post the click  When i do a comparisonthe internal tracking code instance (eVar instances) is 6800Where as the clicks (EventA) is 2300.  The one reason for it to be a higher is page reloads.  What could be the other reason for such a high difference? 

I am doing a test with experiences A-E and want to monitor interaction with an accordion. I am using dd-data tracking in the class of the element: E.G dd-data-linkdata-dd-link="clicked on accordion"data-dd-loc="final details page"data-dd-group="motor"  This will show in the data layer for analytics as a P37 tagI want to be able to filter out the multiple clicks from some customers so I can report on of all the customers who visited the page X% opened the accordion I don't want to dilute the number by having accordion closes count as an instance when its clicked & inflate the interactions to look higher than they are.I also don't want a customer clicking to open and close this element 10 times look like 10 possible opens when 5 are closes.  How would you suggest going about this? Many thanks in advance 

We have some cases whereby expected behavior is not happening.  When a visitor visits our site for the first time, they have to interact with our cookie panel and hit accept.  When they hit accept, it triggers two successive page load beacons - one for the page that had the cookie banner, and one for the page without the banner.  Within the first beacon, the 2 custom events which we have setup capture that a) they have seen the banner and b) they have hit accept. In about 3-4% of cases we see the custom events within the 2nd hit.  There is only milliseconds of difference but we don't understand the decision around how AA splits these into the different hit depths. Can someone shed some light here. 

How do we disable Activity Map on specific pages in AEP Web SDK implementation?

I am planning to build some dashboard what are the adobe analytics variables are enable or disable based on the report suites. How do i get all the conversion/traffic/events Variables from Report Suite Manager with all configuration details? Do we have any specific API to pull those details?  I find this link but not see all configuration details as we setup in the adobe variables - https://developer.adobe.com/analytics-apis/docs/2.0/guides/endpoints/metrics/ 

A long time user of Adobe Analytics now cannot login. When they try to login they get a page with the title "Failed to load page". Any ideas?

Hello,I am using my sandbox Adobe Analytics report suite, to upload server calls using the bulk data insertion API. I was successfully able to upload my compressed batch file (csv columns format) using curl command on windows terminal. Also, I got successful response in terminal saying input rows processed and uploaded successfully. After successfully uploading and waiting for 2 days, I still do not see any data in my report suite, event page names is not being captured. I am attaching my batch file and screenshot from my terminal. I am not sure why the data is not being reported in Adobe Analytics reports. I am working on a application where users land on domain 1 with UTMs and on click will navigate to domain 2 that opens in a new tab. Both the domains have Adobe Launch enabled ( 2 Properties) but data being sent to same report suite. During reporting we noticed activities on domain 2 are not tied up to UTMs and instead accounted as Direct Traffic.what would be right approach here to connect UTMs to domain 2 traffic

I am looking to make some API Calls to the Adobe Analytics API, specifically within Java. I cannot find any documentation on the gradle dependencies needed in order to do so. I believe there is an AnalyticsClient.java class that I need to use, but I can't figure out which dependency will bring that in. Is there any documentation on which specific gradle dependencies can be used for adobe analytics work?
