Hello,I came into a "challenging" problem when using visitor-scope segment and last touch channel dimension. While I think I understand why the results are not correct (well, not the expected one), I would need help to see how to get the results I'm looking for.The goal:See what was channel used at conversion time by users who did consume at some point in time a certain type of content vs. total conversions. My segment definition:Visitors whoCondition 1) did view page type = X (product page) and product name = Y (for a specific product)ANDcondition 2) who submitted  a specific type of lead (succes eventX and lead type = A or B) for the product YKnowing that the conversion and content consumption is can occur in different sessions. How I built it in AA:See attached screenshot.Basically I have made 2 segments - one for each condition blocks. For each block, scope was set at hit to ensure all criteria are met in same tracking call.I used a VENN visualization with the 2 segm

I'm searching for a way to track Unbounce pages into AA. I did find a post with some steps or workaround to track Unbounce but it's from Feb 2017, very old. Part of it is to inject AppMeasurement into the Unbounce page. I'm concerned about going down this path since the post is quite old and AppMeasurement has undergone a lot of changes/updates since 2017. This is the old post:Solved: Tracking of Unbounce pages - Adobe Experience League Community - 168392 Has anyone implemented Unbounce tracking in AA more recently and can you share the steps how it can be accomplished?

I've been working on implementing Enhanced Measurement in Google Analytics 4 for our UniformMarket website to gain deeper insights into user interactions. However, I've encountered an issue that I'm struggling to resolve.I've followed the documentation provided by Google for enabling Enhanced Measurement, including enabling the "Scrolling" and "Outbound clicks" options in the GA4 settings. While I can see some data being collected, I'm not seeing any events related to scrolling or outbound clicks in the reports.I've double-checked the implementation and ensured that the GA4 tracking code is correctly installed on all pages of our website. I've also verified that the events are being triggered correctly using Google Tag Assistant. Despite this, I'm still not seeing the expected data in the GA4 reports.Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with Enhanced Measurement in GA4? Are there any additional steps or troubleshooting tips that I might be overlooking? I'd greatly appreciate any

I'm trying to create a calculated metric based on a percentage increase over an existing metric. For example, I want to calculate a 10% increase over page visits in the same month last year. So let's say there were 10,000 page visits in April 2023, and I want the metric to spit out the answer to 10,000 + 10%. If you have any ideas, I would love to hear them!

Hi,i have about 2 years of hit data from adobe, I am trying to match the daily unique visitor count from the hit data with the dashboard. my problem is that some days for the unique visitors count match and others dont, why is this? for example some days they would both be 300,003 unique visitors and other days the hit data would show 300,000 and the dash board would show 300,003. below is my query to get daily unique visitor count from the hit data:AS WITH InitialAggregation AS ( SELECT date_time AS date, CONCAT(post_visid_high, post_visid_low) AS unique_visitor_id, FROM [dbo].[Extracted_Adobe_Data_Test] WHERE exclude_hit = 0 AND hit_source NOT IN (5, 7, 8, 9) GROUP BY date_time, CONCAT(post_visid_high, post_visid_low) ) SELECT date, COUNT(unique_visitor_id) AS unique_visitors, FROM InitialAggregation GROUP BY date;

as you can see in the panel  I want to show the MCID for an activity but it shows un specified and low traffic .. so I 'm asking why ?   I'm using Data Insertion Api for implementing adobe analytics .sample of the request ::  data.insertionApi.url=https://{datacollectionhost}/b/ss/{rsid}/0?pe=tnt&tnta={payload}&mcid={mcid}  what is the difference that could happen if i add the v77 to my request URL like :: data.insertionApi.url=https://{datacollectionhost}/b/ss/{rsid}/0?pe=tnt&tnta={payload}&mcid={mcid}&v77={mcid} and if can any one simplify what is the unspecified and low traffic exactly because I read the articles but I'm a little bit confused especially with low traffic Thanks

Hello everyone,I recently configured an SFTP data feed and executed two exports. However, despite the data feeds being marked as complete, my SFTP location has not received any files.Previously, I tested the SFTP location (for a different report suite) and confirmed that it was receiving the export files.Now, when attempting to create a third data feed export, I encountered an error message stating 'Saving Feed Failed' (screenshot attached).In summary, I have two questions:Why am I unable to see any files in my SFTP location despite the data feed being marked as 'Complete'?Why am I unable to save a new data feed (attached screenshot)?Any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you! 

Hi, We have been using ftp.omniture.com for years for datawarehouse pulls.  I am getting a "windows cannot access this folder" error today when trying to retrieve my file.  Is anybody else seeing that? I also tried from a dos prompt and it timed out. Same for a co-worker.

Hi all, I've recently encountered an issue whereby all of the File download reports are showing as "Unspecified" We have change the host for these files recently but I thought the File Downloads report would pick up this regardless since the file format (PDF) is the same. What do I need to do to get the link names back? The number of download instances is appearing fine so no issues there.

I would like to verify if the same visit Id can be used for multiple visits?Extracting visit ID for eStore automatic traffic we have seen that the same visit ID (=concatenation of visitor ID and visit num) is present both in 2022 and 2024.Can you please tell me why it is happening.Thanks

Hi, I am a Mac user and currently I am using Power BI online version (no desktop version for Mac).I wonder if there is a way to integrate Adobe Analytics to Power BI on Mac. Can Google Shopping ads be run at the store level? For example, if the website has many stores (multi-store) can each individual store be set up to run separate/different Google Shopping ads, or does it all have to be at the website level? Can each store have different Google Merchant Center accounts?

Hi! We have a domain (let's call it X) on which AA is currently working fine. Now there's a different domain (let's call it Y) on which we want to track data using the same script as on X, as they are related to each other and work together. I thought it would be enough by adding the Launch scripts from X (dev, stage, prod) in the <Head> of Y (dev, stage, prod), add the new Y domain into the X Tag property. Now, with Omnibug, Launch fires, but no signs of Adobe Analytics... On the Network tab, I see appMeasurement there, but not Image request, no data sent to Debugger... nothing at all from Adobe Analytics part. Is there anything I am missing? Should I create a new Property tag instead? 

Dear community, I'm rather new to Adobe Launch and therefore, probably an obvious question: I need to track some links in a custom way in Adobe Analytics via Adobe Launch.I have a rule that triggers s.tl() tracking call with custom link with a specific valueI see in AA debugger that the link URL is sent in the call (see picture) but I can't retrieve this in AA reporting (not part of standard variables?)Therefore I would like to capture the target URL (href value) of the clicked links in custom variable How can I do this? How to create a data element that returns the value for link HREF when clicked? Hi community, I have implemented the product cart abandonment through launch and trying to populate the data in analytics dashboard which is coming from campaign. i am using the delivery labels, cmp parameters and coupon based tracking to check Email sent , Email opens and conversion data but it is not populating. Please suggest to best possible way to check where i am lacking.

Hello! My team launched a new adobe target activity that happened from 4/11 - 4/17. I'm able to see the "Target Activity" and "Experience" show up in dashboards, and when I pull in the "Activity Impressions" metric I can see impressions during that time period. However, when I use other metrics, that don't look to be built for the adobe target experiences, I'm seeing they are still showing up on days after the target activity was turned off (e.g. 4/18 and later).Does anyone know why this is happening and a workaround? I'd like to include other metrics, in this example I have an "ID Count" which counts the distinct number of IDs.Thanks so much! 

Hi there, I got a question about cross sub-domain visit, generally speak:Will cross sub-domain visit being counted as "Bounce"? Background:There are 2 sub-domains:1.domain.com,2.domain.com,both tracking under same report suite: domainglobalRecently, it's interested to see the PV/Visit is getting lower on 1.domain.com, but Bounce% is also lower. in 1.domain.com, there is a button, once user click, will be direct to 2.domain.com, and the tracking is "Click" on 1.domain.com, but not PV So, the question comes:as in the first screen shot, the PV/Visit and Bounce% are only counted for 1.domain.com, will this be the reason of both down going PV/Visit and Bounce%?  There is another additional question:On the other hand, IF there is no tracking "Other Click" for the click in 1.domain.com, will it be a bounce? (since after clicking, the PV is under 2.domain.com but not 1.domain.com)This question was asked here, but didn't understand...., coz it's said "Bounce Rate i
