Report Builder Issue as of 6/20

I recently came across a problem with a report that I had previously run using the 64-bit version (via PC computer) of Report Builder. Below, is the error message that comes up when I try to open the Request Wizard (RW) window. In addition, none of the custom metrics or dimensions show up on the second page of RW, however custom segments (on the first page of RW) are available. I've checked that I'm in the correct Report Suite and have updated Report Builder to the most current version (5.6.57). Has anyone else seen this before? Thanks

That's odd... I haven't seen that particular issue... 

 

And you are sure that your account still has Report Builder permissions? I wonder if someone was doing a permission cleanup in the Admin Console and accidentally removed your access?

Can you create and open any report builder document? 
Are you accessing off of a new PC from last time you accessed this file?
