Hello everybody, I want to  access to the Adobe Experience Cloud so I can learn about  Adobe Experience Manager but I'm getting this error:It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts.Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support. What do I need to do?

  In the unique visitor data, the data for July 1 plus July 2 is 12673, which is inconsistent with the 12184 above. What is the reason?

Hi! I was doing research on CJA, and it seems like the right foundation is Adobe Client Data Layer, Adobe Tags, and the webSDK tag extension. I reviewed with a friend who commented that the webSDK tag extension would only partially populate a site on implementation, meaning, you'd only have webSDK on a handful of pages instead of all of them when you were done. I've been going through the documentation, but I am having trouble understanding when that would be true or why. Hello all, I have a list of URLs and some of them exceed 255 characters. I've noticed that these URLs are truncated in Adobe Analytics and I lose some important data when I extract my report using Report Builder. Is there a way to extract the full URL (including those that have more than 255 characters) using Report Builder (I tried to see how it looks with the Global Page Name, but I need some details from the URL, like the country/language)?Is there any other dimension that I can use and that has the full URL?Or is there any other option?Thank you!

I have some cross-domain issues..We have website A and website B.We tried the "Visitor.appendVisitorIDsTo" to give the informations to website B but it's not working. Website B create is own MCID even if the adobe_mc param is in the url. So now we're trying to force MCID from website A into VID of website B. Hello there,I'm trying to export historical data via data feed from one of report suite which is older than 37 months.I'm getting this error"The Data Feed Can't go back further than the farthest back start date or 37 months"I'm not able to find any place "back start date"  anywhere in configurations.How can this be done?

Test project: one dimension, one metric (Visits).1) I right-click on Visits and select "Compare time periods" and from the options I select "Custom date range to this date range"2) I choose a date range and now I have Visits (with date range above it), Visits and a Percent Change column showing correct numbers.3) I replace the date range above Visits with a pre-built custom date range but the Percent Change no longer reflects the numbers I'm comparing. Why?Ideally, I would like to be able to change the panel date range and have the comparison date ranges change automatically but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.How can I have five metrics with Percentage Change for each one comparing the panel date with the same day of the previous week?Do I have to manually update each of the five comparison date ranges (five metrics) every time I update the panel date range?Ali

Hi,I have a segment 1- User type equal to A, and another segment 2- User Type does not equal to A.I am checking if the Visit report (without segment)  = Visit (segment 1) + Visit (Segment 2), and it turns out that Visit (without segment) < Visit (segment 1) + Visit (segment 2) across different months. Is there an explanation for this discrepancy?  Let me know if i should provide additional information. Thanks!

This is because unlike custom events, you can't perform numerical calculations (such as summing or averaging) on props or eVars.Obviously, you can make changes to your implementation to capture these values in a custom event going forward. However, what can be done about your historical data? Fortunately, using a combination of Classifications and Calculated Metrics this can be taken care of. Hello,I am trying to pull a visits report. I noticed that there are instances where an MCID counts 1 visit on a particular day; however, when adding a paid search ID to that mcid, there are multiple IDs. I would assume that each paid search ID would count as it's own separate visit and roll up as the total for that MCID. Is there a reason why the MCID would only count as 1 visit despite multiple paid search IDs listed on that same day?

Hello, I am having a weird issue in workspace with some date ranges associated to Segments. Our segments are setup at a hit container, utilizing Tracking Code "starts with", as our operator. Our Tracking Code dimension has a 7 day expiration. When I utilize the segment in a Freeform table within a Date Range comparison, I see a different number for Visits & Revenue than I see when creating a Freeform Table under a new panel with the 2023 dates as the panel date range. Can someone help me understand why this might be happening? Shouldn't the numbers be the same? Thank you!

I have a user that needs Acrobat Pro to sign documents.  It is set up with her Adobe ID, but now that I have moved all users to a Federated ID she no longer can access her Acrobat Pro license.  How do I update the Acrobat Pro? I do not see that as a product that I can assign in the Admin Console.
