Description - I found community threads from 10 years back(?!) where people asking about lowercasing prop/evar values in processing rules. Till date, this still does not seem to be possible, correct? Why is this feature important to you - Why would I use processing rules if even this simple functionality does not exist? How would you like the feature to work - have an option to lowercase as string value as one of the given dropdown items Current Behaviour - still no can do in 2024

We have an app that functions both online and offline, with offline tracking working as expected.A key business question is how often the app is used offline versus online. However, the Connection Type dimension does not accurately reflect this, as offline hits are attributed to the connection type available when they are eventually sent to the server.To address this, I propose categorizing these hits under a new dimension item: Offline. 

Description -It would be great if Fusion would support TLS 1.3 for their HTTP module (at least).As per right now, only TLS 1.2 is supported - which is not enough to integrate between software solutions which are already using TLS 1.3.Whilst some of these applications can be enabled to support version 1.2, it surely is not always possible.  This is very important to us, as this leads to Fusion simply being unusable for certain use cases All the best, Marius

Description: Enable China RDC support for Web SDK implementation. This is important to us as we want to continue the China tracking but data privacy regulations need the data to be passed to a China server first for all the tracking in the China site.Current Behavior: We are utilizing the China RDC together with the Adobe Analytics implementation. Right now, we are in progress with the migration effort to utilizing AEP Web SDK with an identified high risk for China site tracking.

DescriptionIn Customer Journey Analytics, dimensions can be configured to use a date-time schema data type. For example, a dimension showing when a product was added to wishlist could use this data type. Despite dates being akin to numbers, they cannot be used with greater than and less than operators in fitlers. The recommendation is to allow for this type of functionality. Why is this feature important to youAllowing the use of operators on dimensions that use a date-time data type would be useful for filter creation. For example, let's say that a user wanted to see a list of customer IDs that added a product to a wishlist between September 20, 2023, and October 20, 2023. A dimension exists that captures the date that a product was added to a wishlist (Dimension 1), and the dimension's values are in date-time format. Description: The current process of uploading IP BOT rules is manual and repetitive. When updating multiple report suites, each suite must be selected individually. An API or tool that allows for the bulk upload of the latest IP BOT rules to all report suites would save a significant amount of time.Why is this feature important: The current process is both manual and redundant. Even using the 'Control' button to select multiple report suites is time-consuming. A more efficient method for bulk uploads would greatly reduce the time required.How the feature should work: We should be able to add all the latest IPs to the BOT file and then have an option to update all the report suites within the organization.Current Behaviour: The BOT rules must be manually selected and uploaded for each report suite.

Create a more robust reporting source to identify internal users within my organization who are actively accessing Adobe Analytics. In order to help with account management, having the ability to filter for things such as specific dates without having to select multiple users will bring a greater ease.  I think it would be beneficial it the reporting was to how client data is filtered by date and whatever else data is available in the standard Adobe Analytics UI Currently, we have to navigate to the "Last Analytics Access" for any user you want by following these steps: 1. Description - It's great to be able to share a dashboard with anyone, even if they don't have Adobe Analytics accounts. We need to use a calculated metrics as a different formula before and after specific date. Current Behaviour:When there is modified a global date range, the calculated metric date range filters stays constant/fixed as it has defined fixed dates in the segment.If there is selected reporting period December, nothing changes on this metric, because the segments are fixed date.How would you like the feature to work:The global date range would be applied to the date range filters/segments. For example taken from the picture above, if there would be selected date range Dec1th-Dec31th there would be divided only December visits by 0,423Why is this feature important to you:to allow more complex calculations within the same project. It saves time at combining the reports data when the reports are split to before and after date. 

The idea is to create a user group using the existing Adobe accounts. The goal is to assign this group as the owner of dashboards and segments to simplify ownership management, particularly in cases of employee departures.

Description & Current Behaviour - As stated in post https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-ideas/creating-shared-folders-in-adobe-analytics-outside-of-company/idc-p/724951 already the functionality of the Company Folder is very restrictive and doesn't make much sense:as stated in the existing thread, it should be able to give specific User rights (esp. editing rights) for various Subfolders (e.g., Marketing Team 1 has their own folder in the Company folder with their own reports which are then immediately shared with everybody in the Company because the reports are in the Company folder)Current state: such permissions are not available and only administrators are able to do anything with the Company folderWith this Status Quo comes the next problem that I've discovered: As an administrator I am able to see all Workspace projects of all users. Description - Currently, we are trying to run a report that will pull back all visitors that have placed an order in the last 30 days, what have they done in the last 365 days.  We can set the calendar for the last 365 days, but we are unable to have a segment that will automatically look back to the last 30 days.  Using day, or month will be a manual solution, but is an extra step.  And using granularities will over-ride the current calendar, meaning we cannot look at behaviour previous to the order.   Why is this feature important to you -  Currently, most in the business is using granularities to do this, without realising the impact is has on the reporting.  This means false information / analysis is being used to make business decisions.   How would you like the feature to work - For the short term, can there be a pop-up when granularties is used in the segment to warn that this will override the calendar date range?  Lon

We have fairly static time filters such as Last 3 full months, Last 13 full weeks, Last Week, etc. And I also understand I can go into Date Range Builder and build my own timeframe.However in building reports and having more agility in analytics, a dynamic Last Year (LY) option would be great.  For example, if I want to look at Black Friday TY over LY, it would be easier to just drag in an “LY” filter to compare instead of creating a date filter which is then saved and static.A more use case scenario would be looking at a promo from Oct 25 – Oct 28, if I want to compare TY/LY for this random date it would be easier, as well as usually in a meeting someone would ask “ok what about just Oct 26 – Oct 28”, I need to more agile than building a new date filter.Another scenario is building reports and dashboards, having an LY column (which is the number one question we’re asked) to change as each individual changes the date range they want to see would be huge.

Description - Currently there is the ability to use an advanced function "column sum" in calculated metrics. This adds up the value of all the rows in the dimension and gives a sum. The issue with this is that the number is often different from the 'grand total' at the top of the column of the original metric. This is because the grand total is deduplicating items by default, but the column sum doesn't do the deduplication. For example, if your dimension is products and your metric is orders, the grand total will give you the total number of orders and each row will give you the number of orders for that row. The column sum will add up each of those rows, ignoring the fact that a single order can have more than one product, and give you a sum that overcounts the actual total. To fix this, create a new function that is a grand total, it will take the grand total value associated with the dimension it is put against.    Why is this feature important to you - This is important

As far as I know, there is currently no option in Lightroom Classic to combine automatic editing with custom adjustments. I would love to see a feature where users can define manual adjustments that are applied on top of the automatic edits.For example, these could include:Exposure: Brighten all photos by 0.3 stops after the auto adjustments.White Balance: Increase the white balance for all photos by 100 points.Highlights: Boost the highlights for all photos by 10 points.The key is that the automatic editing remains the foundation, and the user-defined values are applied additionally. This would be incredibly useful for tailoring the auto adjustments to fit a specific style or project requirements without having to fine-tune each photo individually.I believe this feature could greatly enhance the workflow for many users.Thank you for considering this suggestion!

currently we can only upload data for dates that have already occured in data sources. I want to upload targets for specific metrics for future dates. This would give me the ability to compare actual performance easily against targets directly in the tool.

My company runs daily and hourly files.  With the old Data Warehouse UI, I could easily find the 'source' file if I wanted to check the settings, made updates to variables or other settings like schedule or delivery method, etc.  Now with the new UI, I can't ever find my source files - all I see are the 'completed' runs of my scheduled files and I can never find the 'scheduled' one.  I've already opened a ticket about this with Client Care to confirm it's not possible to search by 'status' or 'source file' and he confirmed that it is not possible.  It would really help a lot to be able to find those source files for easier editing without wading through pages and pages of completed files.

Description - there is no way to change the default aggregation behavior for columns within freeform tables. For example, some dimensions have a sum total at the top while some dimensions have an average, with no way to manually change them.Why is this feature important to you - A field our analytics team uses frequently is Visits Per Visitor, however, when looking at certain time dimensions the value does not calculate how we are desiring, so instead of it having a sum at the top, an average would be much more useful. Page events are causing a single visit to switch marketing channels mid-session. With the help of Adobe support, we have tried several options to ignore page events within the rules, but it only causes these page events to get attributed to No Channel Captured. I would like to suggest a report suite setting that would tell Marketing Channel Process Rules to ignore page events. 

Description - When a users share a segment with a group of users or individual, there should be an option to decide edit rights - edit copy or edit original. Why is this feature important to you - Our Analytics community is mixed with foundational to advance users and we are often sharing components based on expertise level. This feature would help us to democratize more of the IP across teams. How would you like the feature to work - The sharing prompt should work much like workspaces. Edit copy - Edit Original- Read Only. Current Behaviour - Today we can only ask the user to clone segments from the components section, if they want any specific universal segments OR work based on trust that the user wont make an update and would be careful.  

Description - When downloading an Analytics Project, the date in the .csv file comes in a UNIX format. This requires a formula in excel to convert to a readable date. Why is this feature important to you - I have users that are not technical and could benefit from a csv export on a preset Project. But they are unable to use the project dashboard because of this bug.How would you like the feature to work - Have a regular date fieldCurrent Behaviour - The date appears in UNIX format (which is not useful) for example Monday, July 3, 2023 will show as "1688356800000". This is not helpful or meaningful for any user. In order to convert the date to a normal setting I have to use a formula "=(CELL/86400000)+DATE(1970,1,1)" to convert the date. 

Hello,We used to use another analytical solution to do our analyses. Adobe Analytics allows a much finer analysis than your main competitor. And that's bravo.On the other hand, you lack a major functionality compared to your competitors: it is impossible today to compare dates in a dynamic way.Example :I want to compare a period01/01/201818/01/2018versus last yearI can use your "compare date period" feature and I will then have the same date versus year-1 namely 01/01/2017 to 18/01/2017but if I change the date in the main panel to put18/01/201830/01/2018My comparison column will then remain on 01/01/2017 to 18/01/2017So it's a disaster for the analyses and I don't see myself updating my tables every time I want to do an analysis.Can you therefore propose a functionality allowing to have a checkbox in the main calendar with the mention :- comparison versus last year- comparison versus last monthAnd this in a dynamic wayThanks
