Make Fusion support TLS 1.3

Description -

It would be great if Fusion would support TLS 1.3 for their HTTP module (at least).

As per right now, only TLS 1.2 is supported - which is not enough to integrate between software solutions which are already using TLS 1.3.

Whilst some of these applications can be enabled to support version 1.2, it surely is not always possible. 

This is very important to us, as this leads to Fusion simply being unusable for certain use cases
