Dear Team,The client requested an audit of their video tracking due to some issues. After reviewing the setup, here are my findings:1) They are capturing the video title in eVar19 as follows:1230674401112:abc basierter GentransferIt seems that both the video ID and video title are being stored together in eVar19. Is this considered a best practice? If so, could you clarify why?I also noticed that the video title is not present in the page view source or the data layer—it only appears on the video screen, not within the content itself.2) In addition, I observed that they are not tracking video pauses or video mutes. Is it beneficial ?Could you also provide a list of additional information that should be tracked, which would be beneficial for the client?Thank you!

Dear All,the main domain is abc.com and when we click on product page then it goes to login page but domain is diffrent which xyz.com and when we put the credential to xyz.com then it goes to abc.com/product , then in this case what will be happed?here data goes to session refresh marketing channel ? or anything else happen, please explain

We have recently been getting back 400 status code errors for calls to the 1.4 reporting endpoints that used to work as expected and we hoping we could get some assistance on what might be the cause. Below you can find an example of our request with some sensitive information redacted. Curious if this could be a side effect of this version of the API nearing EOL. Hi All,When I breakdown Paid search by" Channel Type" in workspace , i get "Paid Search - Unbranded" and "Paid Search - Branded". What are these? As per my understanding, PS-Branded are the ones where users land via product details and if user land via rando, search it falls under unbranded . But how is it calculated via adobe analytics , is there any criteria? Is this something normal ? Regards,Saurav. 

I am in the process of transitioning my Analytics and Target setup from using AppMeasurement and AT.js to WebSDK.I have a Global Target and a Global Analytics Rule that fires on every page. Additionally, I have several other rules that fire on specific events or a subset of pages to track interaction/click etc. I'd prefer not to migrate all the rules at once to make it easier to roll back changes or debug issues. Can I have my Global Target and Global Analytics run on WebSDK (on every page), while still having other rules run on the legacy AppMeasurement.js or AT.js to track interactions/clicks etc.? (Especially for analytics.)

Hello,I sent a datawarehouse report in CSV format via SFTP. I received it, but the separator is a comma, and I want it to be a semicolon (;) instead. I don't see an option to change this. Could you please help me with this?

I am using the "Custom Link" dimension in my Workspace. This dimension has the name of the clicked link along with some meta-data. Large Product-Refrigerator (category-link)   I want to strip the category from the dimension and only show the link name in the visualization (Refrigerator).   Is this possible in the Analysis Workspace tool or any other product?   Thanks & Regards.

One day last week saw a large increase in traffic from our "Organic Social" Last Touch Channel, jumping from roughly ~1K visits per day to ~10K. When broken down by Tracking code, we can see that it appears that there is some paid Prospecting traffic getting bucketed under this channel, which (according to our Channel Processing Rules) should really be bucketed under "Prospecting" LTC. We have not seen a dip in Prospecting traffic, so it does not appear to be a share shift. Instead it looks like the processing rules are just not correctly capturing this traffic as Prospecting or are somehow double counting it, and instead bucketing it as Organic Social.Our Processing Rules have 'Prospecting' rule 10th in our list of 33 rules, and we have (3) Organic Social rules that are positioned 28 - 30 (lower than Prospecting).Our 'Prospecting' processing rule states:If Any of the following are true:-Tracking code contains 'Prospecting, Visitation, Consideration',-Query String Parameter cid contain

Hi All, I'm having trouble understanding the event_list dimension in Adobe downstream data. On this page: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/export/analytics-data-feed/data-feed-contents/datafeeds-reference, it says it should be events 1-1000 that are customized. However, we see events like 200 something and 100 something and that doesn't make sense to me. We only have events between 1-100. Here is a screenshot of what we see.   Thanks!

Since Edge is used, Data Stream is also configured.We would like like to know, given our use case is AA only, do we need to turn on Geo/Network look up and Device Lookup?As based on my understanding, AA has its own lookup mechanism based on IP address and User Agent.Thanks,John

Hi All,Background: Our site has a Contact Us page where users can fill out a form to contact us. Users can access the Contact Us page from the homepage, product page, application page, etc. (basically, from multiple pages). Our stakeholder wants to understand the last page (or previous page to the contact-us page) that the user viewed before submitting the form (to calculate direct form submission)Note: We capture the previous page URL in an eVar and the page URL in another eVar. Question: How should I calculate the Direct Form Submission?I tried Sequential segments and a segment using the Referral URL to calculate the direct form submission (figure out the previous page before the contact-us page. Still, I am getting different numbers and cannot figure out why. Please help me understand how to interpret the difference. (screenshot of segments attached)

Hello,I would like to create two segments.My first one isolates new visitors and the second one returning visitors.My data analysis period is the previous month (M-1) and I'm comparing the data with the previous month (M-2).Here are their verbal definitions:- New visitors: Visitors who have not visited the site in the last 6 months up to the end of M-2 and who visited the site in M-1.- Previous visitors: Visitors who have already made at least one visit in the 6 months to the end of M-2 and who visited the site in M-1.I've tried to apply these definitions in the Adobe Analytics segmentation tool.But I'm not sure whether I'm correctly identifying the right cohorts of visitors.See attached screenshots.Could someone confirm that I'm doing the right thing to match my definitions? Thank you for your time!Have a good day.

I've used classification importer to reimport the tab files and in one one of the attempts, I ran into this issue where one of the current classifications(classification #2) got grouped under another classification (classification #1) as seen on the photo on the left. Is there a way to delete classification #2 from classification #1? I'm not sure how it got there in the first place. For reference, I've also provided how classification #2 looks like. There is no further categorization within it. It's either grouped in classification #2 or it's not and will be bucketed under unspecified.  Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
