Hi, I found the uv of the same week dosen't match with different time range selected (filters and segments are the same). A screenshot is attached for reference. Could someone help to clarify whether this is a bug or if there's a specific reason behind it?

Hello,I'm working on sending user consent using the setConsent action type in Adobe Launch. I’m specifically trying to compare the Profile against the ECID generated. While I can see that the consent lands in the Profile, the IdentityMap sent along with setConsent doesn’t appear to be recorded in the Profile, and the stitching between the ECID and the ID in IdentityMap isn’t occurring.Additionally, I’d like to know how to send idSpecific in setConsent and what the object structure should look like.Here’s my setConsent object: [the code below is coming the data element : %Consent Object%]  Send Consent Launch Rule Setup   

We have a mobile app running on iOS.  Starting September 20th – the launch of iOS 15 – our visits metric began steadily increasing, and continues to this day.  However, most of these increased visits don’t have a page view associated with them.  When I create a segment for “visits with page views >=1”, those visits remain on the trendline that we expect. iOS 15 introduced a feature called App Prewarming, where the operating system will launch the app and execute the launch sequence up to a certain point then pause it – in an effort make the actual user-initiated startup happen faster.   We use the Adobe Launch mobile SDK and have it tied to the app’s lifecycle events.  We also use Firebase tied to lifecycle events and it shows the same increase in visits, so what we are seeing is most likely related to this Prewarming ‘feature’. Has anyone else seen this and what actions have you taken in response?

Hi there, I have a unique problem. We have non-headless bot crawlers on our site that visit one specific page, leave, and then change their IP via iCloud's Privacy Relay, change their user agent, clear cache and cookies, and then re-visit the same page to scrape data.  Typically we would implement bot rules that exclude IPs from a given ISP/bot farm, but with iCloud's privacy relay, the gigantic pool of IPs being used overlaps with real customers! We have an exclusion segment in place, with talks of making a virtual report suite that also gets around these bots. Before we spend billable hours though, I just wanted to sanity check if anyone here would do it differently. Am I missing anything regarding bot rules, or have these bots truly stumped adobe's frontline capabilities? I know this isn't an adobe Launch forum, but surely there's nothing to be done there either without a mountain of (arguably) delicate JS.  While brainstorming, perhaps I could make a better excl

I have some varaince being captured in click stream for natural traffic down by 26% when comparing it against adobe analytics datawhy would this happen ?this trend was observed only for specific few dates in a month no key trend like weekend or week day.The impact is not much but thought of investigating.

I'm thinking it is a page reload and instances are only counted when there are other pages (or different dimension values) between in the journey? if so perhaps adding that in the explanation to the documentation will make it easier to comprehend.Non-repeating instance, third row:I'd think is only recorde

Hi, Currently we consume Adobe Analytics from our scripts and there's no issue with loading those overall. But we have issues with the plugins. All of those plugins are loaded using 'new Function()' javascript and that is considered unsafe-eval. What can be done to resolve the issue? Thanks.

Hi Community Members, I have a question about managing data in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Our client is planning to use CJA for analysis in the future. Currently, the setup involves sending all event data to a dataset in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), which is then connected to CJA for reporting purposes. Now, we’re considering applying a Time-to-Live (TTL) policy to this dataset (6 months). With TTL in place, data older than 6 months would be deleted from the dataset. My question is: If the data is deleted from the AEP dataset, will it also be deleted from CJA? or Will CJA pull in the data from data lake and not profile store? Additionally, what are the best practices for handling this situation? The requirement is for CJA to retain all historical data, while the profile in AEP should only maintain data from the last 6 months. Hello,My team is using Adobe Launch with Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud ID Service as extensions. We noticed that an unexpected API call to Adobe Advertising is made on some page loads. The API request is made to the URL https://cm.everesttech.net/cm/dd?d_uuid={ID}. What is the cause of these API requests? Could it be related to our use of Experience Cloud ID Service?Thank you

In Adobe Analytics, we need a line chart that shows the monthly trend for specific marketing channels (filtered totals). However, using a 90-day linear attribution model and applying segmentation still results in a chart displaying the grand total across all channels, even those excluded by the filter. This forces us to export data to Excel for accurate charting, which is inefficient. Is there a way to configure Adobe Analytics to correctly display filtered channel totals in a line chart?

Hello All!  I'm trying to set a comparison time period throughout all panels in my dashboard to Prior Period, meaning that I want the data to be compared to an identical time period prior to the selected current date range.   Example: date range: past full 7 days comparison: 7 full days prior to that time;  date range: Dec 10 - Dec 15 comparison: Dec 4 - Dec 9 (equal number of days prior to the selected date range) etc I'm looking to get this comparison date range to auto-adjust based on the time I select for the date range. Is it possible in Adobe?  I don't see options to set such comparison at the moment: - the "Add time period column" section only includes options to set fixed time periods to prior time or last year which is not what I'm looking for- the custom date range option doesn't let you set an auto adjusting comparison range  Appreciate your help! Hi, Recently I have implemented a new property using the Web SDK. It isn't the first Web SDK property I have implemented for the site, so mainly I have copied the work I did before for other properties. For my last implementation, I can see that eventhough the default 'Page' dimension is set correctly on Adobe Data Collection I can't see the dimension being sent on the Edge server call and when checking on Adobe Analytics Workspace I can see it gets populated with the value 'Other'. It didn't happened with previous implementations. My last implementation sets on a different domain, which differs from the previous ones, but both share the same Adobe Analytics report suite. I haven't added yet the new domain on the internal URL's filter section and I think the issue might be related to it according to the information I have read on this page.  Can you confirm if the issue is related to not have added the new domain to the internal URL´s filters as I suspect?&nbsp

I'm in the process of designing a Technical Specification Document (TSD) and when i checked couple of websites as a referenceI don't see "Page URL" in their data layer, how ever on network calls I'm able to see, the URL is getting passed and mapped to a defined, dedicated variablehow it is possible? meanwhile can i include pageURL in my data layer structure ?digitalData.page.pageInfo.pageURLis this fine? Please help to let me know Thanks & Regards,

Hello Guys,I would like to use Tealium's data layer i.e. utag.data in adobe launch to create data elements and rules to be used with AEP Web SDK but when I am creating data elements and firing the server call on page load than those data elements are not able to fetch the values. It says Can not resolved value of undefined. In this case the undefined is utag.data. Is it possible to use tealium's data layer in launch portal ? Please suggest !

Hi Team, I am having requirement that I need exclude the distributers traffic based on IP address and need to segment and exclude the traffic.Client is having more than 100 IP addresses. How can we achieve this?Can we capture the user IP address and send it to adobe analytics then can create a segment using those 100 IP address and then can exclude? will it cause any PII complains?

Simple question for you folks, but I don't get it. It's the first time I am using the event driven approach in Adobe Launch.I manage to trigger the server call for overlay events, but do not know how to retrieve the values from eventInfo attributes. I tried "event.message.eventInfo.articleName", "adobeDataLayer.eventInfo.articleName", "eventInfo.articleName" but none of these return any value, so I wonder what's the exact syntax to retrieve the values? Do I need to configure anything else in Launch before?
