It looks like on the latest version Excel for Mac (Version 16.94) does not have the option to save as Windows Formatted Text format anymore. Has anyone run into this issue and if so, how were you able to work around this? Thanks!

hello,I have a question about calculated metrics.We want to find the average revenue of each dimension value created based on product attributes according to different time criteria.To do this, I created a calculated metric as shown in the attached image. However, I noticed that the average revenue is the same for all dimension.My guess is that it is showing the overall average for all periods, not the individual average revenue per dimensionHowever, I need to check the average revenue for each dimension individually.Could there be a problem with the calculation of the metric we created?  

When trying to add users to received automatically sent reports by their email addresses, hitting Enter after the address no longer makes Adobe accept it.

Hi All, I am trying to create data blocks using new report builder interface.I have few segments created in Adobe Analytics virtual report suit. However I am not able to see those segments in the report builder if i am using the same virtual report suit.Note: the segments are created by me or shared with me.Let me know if anyone else facing same issue and is there any solution to this. Thank you in advance! 

Let's say I have a webpage with 100 different buttons and I want to track if a user has clicked on these buttons. With Adobe analytics, do I need to tag each of these buttons individually to ensure that the clicks are captured? Or does Adobe have the ability to auto-identify clicks for all 100 buttons even without them being individually tagged?

What could be the possible reason for seeing the percentage of new visitors extremely higher than the repeat visitors specifically this is happening for european countries(UK,Italy,etc.) in my use case.Note : Consent Management(Opt-in and Opt-out) is also implemented. Bot rules are also created with required IP ranges as well.What other pointers we can look at to understand this issue? Thanks in Advance.

Hey, everyone I'm trying to define a filter to answer me how many sessions I've had with two conditional events (Event 1 then within X days Event 2) - but it seems like the filter is only interpreting the session time, so the "Within X Days" clause is actually invalid. How could I properly measure what I want (basically, "Include Sessions where Event 1 happened, then, within X days, Event 2 happened") Thanks a lot!

I'm trying to implement Analytics in a new site.  I have copied over the Launch library from one of my other sites where it is working well however in the new site when I trigger an SDK call, the dataObject is not being populated...If I look at the dataObject data element, it is also empty, which leads me to believe the Update Variable action in my Launch rule is not working However, this is identical to the rule that is working fine on my other site.  I've tried modifying it, even deleting out all custom code and only using the standard wizard but no dice... Anyone got any ideas what the problem is? 

Instead of AEM, we use a different cms.  I'd like to set up the events we're conveying via the ACDL to match as close as possible to AEM's to make the implementation as standard (and familiar) as possible.  Plus one day we might switch to AEM.  I've seen the cmpload, cmpshow, and cmpclick.  Is there a list of those and other events (preferably with descriptions) that we can use (e.g., video, audio, etc.)?

Hi,I have some questions regarding the attribution of traffic and orders originating from WhatsApp.When analyzing the reports at the Marketing Channel level, the WhatsApp channel is correctly attributed. However, when breaking down the data by Marketing Channel Detail, the value appears as "None," making it impossible to determine the campaign volume for this channel.However, if I further analyze the "None" category using the URL variable, I can see the campaign string as shown in the example below:Does anyone know how to solve this issue or if the settings below align with Adobe's recommendations?  In the Marketing Channel Processing Rule, we have the following channels and processing order:  In the Report Suite Manager, it is configured as follows:  

Hello,  when adding a page to the flow diagram (Starts with) I am getting the percentages of visits that go to either of the next pages. But I do not not see an exit rate from the first page. Exit rates are starting from the second column. When I use the same entry page in a freeform table I get an exit rate of 32%. So the next steps could only sum up to 68% of the first column since the rest are exits. Where can I see the exits from the entry page. Can anyone explain? Thank you!

Hi, I had an existing connection where I added a dataset with backfill. After backfill I see correct no. of records at connection level. But when I utilize the attributes in a canvas I see the total count of event different from what I see using query service. Any suggestions, help is highly appreciated

Hello everyone, I want to know if it's possible to know what specific metrics are taken into consideration to build the server call graphic. I´ve been reading some of yall questions in here and some of you say that the ocurrences metric can give us a close number of server calls but is there any way that I can know specific dimensions that are part of that ocurrences metric. For example, pages with page views, interactions with page interactions, etc. All of this because my team is working on reducing the server calls we currently have and for this we need to know which dimensions we have to look at. Hi,  I have some questions in regards to marketing channel with organic search.  When we are looking into traffic by Organic Search, we are seeing the top 5 landing page from this channel includes our paid media landing page (url example: www.domain.com/lp/ppc/test?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=xxxxxx). I have confirmed that this landing page is not indexed on google as visitors won't be able to access it via google search, and this link is distributed on paid media platforms only.  However, when I break down the "organic channel" category, I'm seeing the the paid media LP showing up with high traffic volume. I can't seem to figure out what could be the cause of it as I'm pretty confident that our rule for paid search (priority 1 in processing rules) should capture that. Could anyone please help explain what might be the cause to this? Thank you in advance!

I looked at the buildInfo and see that turbineBuildDate was last updated in 8/2024.I am struggling to find a way updating the turbineBuildDate which is around 6+ months behind the buildDate.Any leads would be really helpful. Hi everyone,I recently started leading the Paid Ads at a new agency and inherited an account in the midst of transitioning from GA to Adobe Analytics. Initially tried leveraging Google's UTM auto-tagging, but nothing was populating in Adobe; we hardcoded the UTMs to the ad URLs and finally had data populating in Adobe.If the hard-coded UTMs are set up properly, the only idea I have is whether there is an issue with landing page code, which may take this in a different direction. That's because the company was moving away from conversion tracking, and I know they were looking to use eVars, so I'm not sure if having no landing page code could cause this? From our conversations with the company's IT/webmaster, it sounded like they were trying to use Adobe and eVars to avoid having to add tracking code in order to be compliant.CURRENT ISSUEThe problem now is that the ad URLs with the UTM parameters are coming up as referrals and not counting as pageviews.  I found that CJA APIs don't have audience export functionality, but AEP has an API for exporting audiences. Do I need a CDP subscription to access this API? If not, what are the relevant APIs to share an audience from CJA to Adobe Target?

Hi, We have our mobile app migrated to AEP Mobile SDK (React Native, using Edge Bridge extension as it is required to keep the trackState/Action calls), it was using an old SDK native with Analytics Extension before migration.  As far as I know, Page Events metric is comprised of Custom Links+Exit Links+Download Links, and they always match in the past, but since the SDK migration, number of Page Events is much higher than Custom Links+Exit Links+Download Links, it's about double and sometimes even more. We have no idea what is adding to the Page Events, would like to see if anyone have experience on this situation. Thanks,John
