Hi, We have various accounts set up using the Data Warehouse v1.4 API, with which we create data warehouse reports programmatically and retrieve the status of these reports until the report is complete, at which point we download the report. This works well a majority of the time, but we've noticed that reports created via API during certain periods will return an in_progress status indefinitely, despite the report created showing as completed in the Data Warehouse UI. It seems like the API is "losing" the jobs and never updating the status upon completion. Most of the reports we are submitting complete within 3 minutes according to the UI, but will continue to report in_progress for 12+ hours, which is the point we give up checking on our end. This has happened for hundreds of requests across at least 7 accounts this week. These blips seem to occur 1-2 times per week and for a few hours each blip it appears. I haven’t been able to locate any documentation regarding SPA integration. Right now we have a manual Analytics implementation and really want to update to using Data Collection.  Outside of a couple of videos, I'm having a devil of a time finding documentation to implement Data Collection for the first time and then add Analytics.  Would anyone know where this documentation is? We aren't interested in Web SDK at all at this time.  I realize Adobe is really trying to push everyone towards it, but we aren't ready for that.  

Objective: I am trying to find the number of people - per week - who visit BOTH our "Offers" and "Rewards" pages. And I need to trend this audience over time.  What did I try?: I created two filters - one for Persons visiting the "Offers" path, and another for the "Rewards" path. I then created a Freeform table, with Week as the table index, and People as the metric. Lastly, I stacked both filters on the People metric, with the intention of filtering people who visited BOTH "Offers" and "Rewards" pages by week.  Result: When the global project date range filter is restricted to a specific week, the result is as expected - I get around 560K people. However, when this date range is expanded, the result balloons to over 2.3M, which is obviously incorrect, since the max cannot exceed the minimum size of these two audiences, which is around 820K.  Ask: How do I get the freeform table to only apply the Filter criteria for the individual weeks

Hi,I have a question regarding the https://analytics.adobe.io/api, specifically the /reports endpoint. We’re seeing a potential data discrepancy reported by one of our clients. They observe one set of values in the Adobe Analytics UI and another in the data fetched via the API and stored in their destination system, which is handled by Fivetran.The discrepancy is partial - out of 9 metrics being pulled and stored, 6 match the UI values exactly. However, the following 3 metrics show mismatched values:visitsunique_visitorsmkz_qualified_visitsWe don’t perform any transformations on these values - we request them from the API and write them to the destination as-is. If you are planning for Edge Data Collection and want to migrate existing Experience Cloud solutions to Web SDK, you have a few options when it comes to structuring the data you send. As discussed in a previous blog, data you send to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) must be sent as XDM and aligned with a dedicated XDM schema. But what if you want to send data to Analytics or Target, but NOT to AEP? For that, you can use the data object, a sibling to XDM in your network call payloads. As described below, the data object has properties that allow for a smooth migration of existing Experience Cloud solutions without requiring that it be associated with an XDM schema.  The data object can be passed with the Web SDK sendEvent and maps data directly to Adobe Experience Cloud services. This allows you to continue sending Adobe Analytics, Target, and Audience Manager parameters with their original values, maintaining continuity during migration. While creating audience segments within the analytics platform, I encountered a constraint that prevents adding more conditions within a single definition container. This limitation severely restricts the ability to define complex and highly specific audience behaviors, which is critical for our use cases.When attempting to add more than one condition in a single definition container, the platform did not provide any option to add more condition, but earlier there was an option. Refer screenshot for different times. In 2023, there was a option to add more than one condition in container definition instead of that what I'm getting a nested container option.Can someone suggest is this something respective to platform updates or I'm missing anything to add.

Hello!Clicks to CTAs aren't being sent on its own server call linkClicks eventType but on the pageview that loads after the CTA was clicked so there is no separate call for link click, just one containing both on an eventType pageViews on page load.Wondering if this could cause any issues and if its better or cleaner to fire each separately.Screenshot below.From what I see is acting the same way as ActivityMap which would be easier to implement and an overlap as ActivityMap is OOTB.Thanks,R

Hi, I'm using "Report Builder for CJA" and I'm having trouble limiting the number of rows (or results) returned by the report builder with certain dimensions. For some dimensions, I can filter using the "Most popular" filter and choose the number of rows I want to display. But in other cases, when I try to filter a dimension, I only get the "specific" option, and I'm not able to filter by the number of rows. For example, I can not display 5 rows for the "day" and "month" dimensions. Do you know what could be causing this?      

I want to know how to map a user who uses multiple browsers in a single device. The person has never logged in. what to do in such a case. do i need Customer journey analytics to map users (who are not logged in) but browse website using multiple browsers in the same device or without Customer journey analytics, I can map these users. The problem statement is: how to identify and figure out the journey of a user who has visited my website using meta's in-app browser, then later on visited my website using google chrome. In this case, 2 ECIDs are generated. In both cases, user did not log-in. So how do i track this person's behavior. In both cases, the device used was same.

I'm looking for an Adobe Analytics UTM builder (similar to the Google Analytics campaign builders) that will enable me to control naming conventions, store my UTM links built, and help me with insights. I've set up my classifications but too many people are writing links differently and it's creating a mess.Is there a proven / available UTM form that I can use to deploy proper link-building operations across my company (something better than Google's URL builder which has no naming convention controls)? We've noticed that we're only tracking about 30% of our marketing spend effectively through Adobe Analytics and this is probably the biggest reason why (too many agencies, marketers, and vendors building links for GA when it should be Adobe structure).

Hello! We're trying to get CJA setup with Marketing Channels. Currently we have Marketing Channels setup in Adobe Analytics, however, a couple of our channels are setup with the rule "is first page of visit". Updated Marketing Channels documentation has mentioned that is is not recommended to us that logic as CJA does not recognize it. (potentially not understanding that correctly). We have an extensive network of internal URLs for instance that we need a channel for in order to not inflate our direct channel traffic. Is there any suggestions on how we might get around this so that we can see all channels in CJA as well? Thanks!

Hi Team,Need some help in understanding what is the benefit of using Graph-Based stitching over Field-Based stitching for CJA?I was under the impression that with graph stitching if user have a linkage between persistent id and transient id in the graph, they don't require to login during the lookback window for stitching to work on the events recorded during that period, stitching should be able to take the persistent id and the transient id namespace and fetch the linked transient id from graph. But the documentation states that user has to authenticate withing the lookback window for both the methods. If that is the case, What is the benefit of graph based stitching over field based stitching? I'm anyway required to record the authentication during the lookback window, I can record my transient id also on the authenticated events and use field based stitching, how is graph based stitching better/different o field based stitching?Cheers!

I feel like I'm going crazy and I really hope that I'm just missing something obvious.We have are using Adobe Analytics to track activity on our employee web-based software.Our employees work in over 7000 stores around the world.We want to know what percentage of our stores are using our software each day.We have an eVar for unique Store ID (for each user).We have another eVar for total number of active stores (captured at the start of each session).We want to create a calculated metric that calculates the percentage of hotels that use our software.It doesn't matter how much usage or what the users were doing. If even a single staff member logs in, that store was active on that day.Trouble is, when I go to create this calculated metric, it doesn't let me plug in the evar for Total Stores. So instead, I've been manually updating the store count every time. This seems really bad to me. What am I missing?

Hi all, I am doing a 30 min refresher with a fresh analyst batch and would be covering on segment creation and scope.Anything else I need to cover or correct from the below brieft am preparing? I wanted to validate my understanding around segment containers (Hit, Visit, and Visitor levels) — especially when used with dimensions like eVars and props that may have different expiration settings. Here’s what I’ve gathered so far: General Understanding:Hit container: Use evars with hit level expiry or prop for getting hit level dateeg pageviewd, link clicked etc.Visit container: Use evars with visit level expiry eg visits with mobile and campaign id abc could be visit or 30 days etc.Visitor container: Includes all data for a user (across visits) if the condition was met even once.
