Need Help regarding Adobe Analytics Account Setup

Hi @viralgr,

 

It looks like your account hasn't yet been connected to your organization's Adobe Analytics instance.

 

I assume this is a new account? The best course of action is to check with your Adobe Support team to ensure that everything is properly connected.

 

Will you be the admin for the system? Or will that fall to someone else? It's possible that your account was created by the admin, but not yet granted the proper permissions?

 

If you are the admin, you will need to check adminconsole.adobe.com and make sure that you have the Adobe Analytics product and product profiles set up (with the proper permissions in each profile - this will take a bit of time the first time around, there's a lot to set up).

 

While you can apply profiles directly to users, I like to set up User Groups to profiles, then apply just the User Groups to individuals... this way you can apply permission changes to profiles, and add or remove profiles to User Groups... rather than having to make changes to each user that needs a change.
