Hi community, I've been dabbling with the Attribution panel in CJA to solve some analytics use cases. I was wondering, what exactly happens when you filter the Attribution Success Metric (my Success metric is a Session scope metric) within the freeform table, by an Event level or Session level segment on top? Wondering if placing it over the metric either 1) filters the type of events or Sessions included in the Success metric component, or 2) if it actually filters the Dimension items within the attribution freeform? Couldn't seem to find this detail in the CJA documentation (if anyone has any docs other than Attribution Panel | Adobe Customer Journey Analytics let me know!!) The example here is, I am trying to attribute Web pages to an application submission event online, and the Success metric is the submit page of that flow. Hi TeamI am using CJA, and I have a metric which is in string format i.e.,web1&45,343&52,671&53,234so on..because of which my I am not able to see my total number i.e. aggregated value at the topis there any solution for it to get the aggregated value by converting it into int from DataView itself  

Use Case:We manage multiple websites, each tracked through separate Adobe Analytics report suites. The user journey typically spans across domains in the following manner:A user lands on Website X, initiates an action (e.g., clicking an “Apply” button),Gets redirected to Website Y to complete an application,Then navigates to Website A to log in,But may abandon the journey at any step.This flow can happen in any direction between sites, and in some cases, includes transitions from/to our mobile app as well.We are looking for a step-by-step cross-domain tracking solution that allows us to:Maintain user session integrity across domains,Stitch user journeys across all platforms (web and app),Analyze drop-offs and abandonment points accurately.If you have any best practices or an optimal implementation strategy to address this scenario, please share it. I found the definition of "Reloads" a bit confusing.From what I understand, it seems to be an automatically collected event that's counted as '1' when the current page view is based on the same page as the immediately previous page view. Is that correct..?If so, aside from refreshing the browser, are there any other cases where this could happen? I would really appreciate it if you could kindly let me know 🙂

Hi, I am planning to do a change in the Adobe Analytics classification functionality. The tool is currently classifying the campaign traffic using the classification importer and I would like to switch to the classification rule builder. I have built the new classificacion rule builder rules in the development report suite and they are working ok. We have decided to use new names and add some more conversion classification dimensions. I think I am now ready to apply the new rules to the production report suite but I would like to have confirmation on some points I am not completely sure about: The team used to import the classification under specific conversion classification dimensions that will be deprecated. This imports apply to only to the production report suite. They no longer would like to use these values because they think they are not accurate. Do you recommend to remove the previous imports so I can start classifying from scratch?I will be modifying names and

Hello Community, On a URL, I want to add an anchor link, plus a campaign tracking code, but on doing so and loading the URL, most of the time the section of the page that we intend to anchor and load is not showing unless the page is cached in the browser- basically i have to load the page twice to see the anchored section. Is it possible to track a user's journey from one domain to another? E.g., User would land on a website that explains car model information >> User clicks buttons/links that send them to a different domain website that is specified for requesting a test drive of that specific car model Currently, we are unable to track the origin of users who complete the test drive request in domain B. Hi,   We are working on CJA  to perform a custom lookup with an array of IDs, with reference to below link,   @brianau1    A Guide to Understanding Adobe Customer Journey An... - Adobe Experience League Community - 648749   The mapping is done in the CJA Connection level and it work fine i.e. we can have a output array field of the corresponding lookup names.   However, since there is another ID field that need to leverage the same lookup data set, we have to create a Derived Field and use the Lookup function, but we found that the schema array field is not avalable in the input value field.    We tried to output an array from the Split function and use it as input for the Lookup function and it works fine.   So the question is whether the Derived Field Lookup function can support schema array field as input?   Thanks, John  

Hello, I am writing requirements for our mobile dev team and would like to gauge how much flexibility we have with mobile payload vs schema, especially since we're using a datastream. So far, if the xdm structure from the payload doesn't match our schema, nothing shows up in Analytics reporting, even when mapped in the datastream. I am beginning to wonder what the datastream mapping is for if the payload needs to match the schema. Example of datastream mapping that works (shows up in reporting)_experience.analytics.customDimensions.props.prop36mapped to_experience.analytics.customDimensions.props.prop36Example of datastream mapping that doesnt work (doesnt show up in reporting)programDetails.degreeLevelmapped to_experience.analytics.customDimensions.props.prop33I hope my question makes sense!

We have a new event being triggered from our mobile apps and they are passing a json object. ex: {"digitalData": {"event": {"sampleEvent": "1"},"page": {"pageInfo": {"mSrc": "205"}}}} What are the steps that I need to follow to set up that mapping in the processing rules? When i look at the current processing rules, I see the rule looking at data being passed as context variables, so how do I get the context data listed in the drop downs in the processing rules? Our person who oringinally set up rules is no longer at our company, so we have a knowledge gap in the mobile app area of adobe analytics. Is there any additional requirements on the app side when they are sending this json to Adobe? Note: we are using the old SDK at this time.Thanks.

We are using Edge.sendEvent() to track mobile app interactions in analytics adobe suite. Question 1) For something like this, do you use eventType in your XDM schema? Does it matter at all for analytics? Based on my understanding, the use of eventType in the payload would look like the below. Does that look right? Question 2)I see two event type options, one for screenviews and one for link clicks. Hi,   We are dealing with a text delimited field and need to convert it to an array for reporting.   A Derived Filed is created and using the Split function for this, however, found that it seems only the first 10 items in the string are converted. For exmaple,   The original string field value is "A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7,A8,A9,A10,A11,A12". The output array from the Split function only shows A1 to A10 i.e. without A11, A11.   Is there something missing or it's a known issue/limitation?   Thanks, John

I need the numbers of one URL that belongs to a blog. I did in two different ways and the numbers were very diferent. I want to know what is the right way.The first way that I configurate the dash to show me the results was just selecting a URL in a dimension "Page URL (full) (v8)". I put the part of the link that matter and then I push to the dash when the result was loaded. Would you please help me understand which data view component settings to select based on:If I only want a binding relationship to be created if the dimension and the binding dimension are present on the same event.on-site search. both the search_term and the product.name are available when the search event occursIf I don't expect both the dimension and the binding dimension to be present on the same event.product_finding_method (pfm). The product isn't passed on the event where the pfm is presented. The doc on binding reflects the settings to use for #1 in the second scenario.There aren't any setting shown for scenario #4.Would someone from Adobe please help?

What happens if we ingest dataset into CJA which is not enabled for profile. Create segment in CJA and publish to AEP.Once audience is available in AEP, would that really reflect under profiel snapshot ?how would that go into profile store if it was not even set a profile enabled dataset ?
