I want to find out How many clicks visitor has on pdp page till 15th click how can i do that in adobe Analytics? To see the pdp hits i'm using page name where it contains PDPbut I'm not able to restrict the data till 15th hits and then checked the value.

Hi Community, My company doesn't allow the use of Chrome/Firefox. I used to use Adobe Debugger with Adobe Analytics. Is there an Edge extension which does the same thing? Or is there some command code I can use to check different values, e.g. click tracking? Many thanks!

Hi, I need help with the following problems: 1) I can't see all my evars in the components panel: they are enabled in the report suite and the report suite matches the one I am using in the project I created. Also, when I compare the configuration of an evar that appears in the components panel and one that does not, I see that they have no difference in the report suite configuration. 2) The evars displayed in the component panel return zero (0): I have tried using different metrics, including unique visitors, and other metrics with accurate values for the date dimensions. Also, the page dimension returns zero, which I think is not normal either.Is it possible that I have a permissions problem?I would be very grateful if you could help me with this 🙂

Hi all, I've created some custom date ranges, however it doesn't seem to work with Average Time on Site in a Freeform Table. It only seems to work when I use the custom range for a whole panel, but it's quite a lot of custom ranges and I need them in one table.The other Key Metrics like Uniques and Visits and other custom calculated metrics (incl. time spent metrics) work fine, so I don't know where the issue is.Help would be appreciated 🙂 Thanks

Hello,  I have a simple dashboard with multiple panels. I'm trying to adjust the date ranges so that they flow through all the different panels. The problem is, the date does not change for any of them. I've tried refreshing cache/clearing browser history and even duplicating the panel and changing but nothing seems to work. I've even had a colleague duplicate and change the dates but when I go to change the dates, it doesn't work. I know its not a permissions issue as I'm able to change the dates successfully on other dashboards. Any help troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

I just purchased an Innovate/Silver plan for my company account and I still can't access the admin console or the Adobe Analytics API/Sandbox.I've raised 4 support tickets but no one is replying. I am the account admin. Should I have an account rep/support that I can reach out to?   Appreciate any help!

We have an evar which is set up to track purchase id and expire on purchase event. But due to some tech issue the purchase event doesnt fire so the purchase ID keeps floating. No we have fixed the purchase event issue but how to get rid of the persisted evar values which is still floating around because of that our purchase ID gets inflated when counted every day. Should I reset evar? If yes how long it should be in reset mode?

Background: With the limited number of evars and props - we are struggling to set aside enough variables to capture all the different attributes for each of the 30+ products we currently track.  My question is: what are the pros and cons of setting aside (let's say - 10-15 generic evars and props) that are set on product-specific rules with product-specific data elements? Things to keep in mind: when  reporting, the variables will be filtered by product - so (theoretically, the correct data elements will be collected for each of the products)For example:Generic Variable 1 = Captures %DE_Article_Title% for product #1 and Generic Variable 1 = Captures %DE_Event_Title% for product #3 and Generic Variable 1 = Captures %DE_Service_Type% for product #2 and #4So in the workspace when we filter Generic Variable 1 with the appropriate product # filter, the correct values will populateGranted the SDR will need to be updated to this product matrix for prope

We are currently working with the security team to review possible threats and ways to mitigate them. Our implementation uses the Js files.I'm wondering if it is possible for users to hack the file and mess the data. If it's possible, what are some possible ways to mitigate such threats?Thanks!

Hi, I have fixed data import by importing the correct rows and added couple ~empty~ to fields that had incorrect data.Still in the report those incorrect values are being reported with 0 instances.They are not present in the data when I export it but they are in the report. Any hints how to get them out? Thanks!

Hi everybody!Another question 101. We have eVar 3 collecting the page names via HTML on one of our websites. However, there is only one page of the website where it is not firing, and I´m clueless about the reason. I already checked the code and the HTML "title" is there, the page name appears in the browser tab, and Adobe´s script is correctly implemented on that page, on omnibug the pageview is fired with the other eVars, however, the eVar 3 specifically it not fired. Any idea what else I can check or what could be the reason?thanks in advance

I was trying to use the Activity Map Plugin over the pages loaded through a target activity, and seems like I don't see any data when the A/B Test page is loaded. Do we have to do any additional changes to see the data? Or is it something that is not possible to be done. Thanks,Drashti

Distinct count calculated metric doesn't add up when broken down by device type segments. Total revenue adds up but not the distinct count 

Ever get questions like this from stakeholders and think it would be really nice to have a nice clean visual to show them? You want to create something like this but the problem is you create it once and it becomes a big manual time-suck every time you want to update it.  Because chances are, as soon as you create it for one time period, like 'last month', and for one metric, like 'clicks', someone asks, well what about last year, or what about conversions?  And you have to manually update every single number in your overlay.And some third party companies offer these, but of course those cost money. You can follow these steps to creating your own free and automated overlay.         Those were the steps for how to add clicks.  Now I'll walk through the steps for how to add 'conversions.' I used all these different 'extra' tips on mine, and made different tabs in my Excel sheet for new vs. return visitors, mobile vs. desktop, etc.

Hi. We are sending marketing emails and capturing UTM string. I have few questions related to that:1. When I'm making report in workspace the numbers I'm getting in marketing channel-Email are too less comparing to page URL link instances number.2. Also we are sending emails through Eloqua and numbers in Eloqua are way higher then Marketing Channel Report.3. The users are clicking on the link provided in email and then coming to the site. Here Eloqua is measuring click through's. What should I use dimension value against Email Report?(will it be Occurrences or Visits)?Can you please guide what can I look for and what I'm missing?
