I have a page, A, which users can land on either directly, or from CTAs on pages B, C, D, and E.What I am trying to understand is the best way to summarize the number of visitors who land on page A from each of the other pages B-E. What would be the best way to do this? With a segment? If so, how? Suppose furthermore that I don't have the evars corresponding to CTA interactions, I just want to create a segment that summarizes the number of visits and number of visitors who arrive on page A, and were on each of pages B, C, D and E immediately before. Though I understand this could means they could have been on Page B, then directly typed in the web address for Page A, I am not too concerned as this will likely form a very negligible minority of the traffic. Thanks in advance

Business Question: Do users start from the beginning, or are they picking up from a certain point in the video asset? Can we identify when the user started viewing content (VOD)? Adobe gives us time watched, so if someone watched 10 minutes of a movie on a specific date, we want to know if the user was watching from the start or picking up from a certain point they last got to or want to start viewing. Is there a way to measure and report this? I am using Adobe Heartbeat. This should be easy.

Hi, I am trying to understand why I have this errors and the tracking is not working and I need some help. I need to mention that there is OneTrust with AutoBlocking on, and sometimes these errors come up, sometimes not. The OneTrust script is positioned above the Adobe script in the head. If I remove the OneTrust script, the tracking works as expected.  For the 's is not defined' error, I want to mention that I have checked the "Make tracker globally available" checkbox in the Adobe Extension. Thanks

One of my clients had a few reports running in Data Warehouse and when we went to look for them yesterday they were completely missing. It seems like they disappeared after this new UI test was rolled out. is this a bug or should we expect them to be gone for good?

I was struggling to understand how to create new segments/use existing ones in conjunction with metrics of my choosing, and setting date ranges and furthermore sending the email with the data. Is there any tutorial out there? 

When I export a .cvs from Adobe Analytics, the Average Time On Site columns have a strange number in those cells instead of an actual time reference from the online project. Should I be able to export actual time references for Average Time On Site? Is there a reason why this is happening? Is there a way to translate the strange exported numbers into a valid time format? So far, my only work-around is to delete these numbers and manually type them in from looking at the Adobe Analytics project (because also I cannot copy and paste figures from Adobe Analytics either). I also took screenshots of each section and used Apple Photos or Preview to copy the text for each column I needed to add the figures for.  There has to be a better way. I searched and found nothing online about this. I searched the forum here and found nothing. I'm really hoping that I'm just missing something here cause my eyes are bleeding from doing this last night. 

I want to see the number of custom link instances (clicks) on a set of newly implemented CTAs on a page, but if the same person has clicked a link 100 times, I still only want it to be counted as one click. Is there a way to do this? I have a set of custom links: {CTA1, CTA2, CTA3}, and two metrics: Unique visitors, and Custom link instances. From my knowledge, you cannot see the intersection between two metrics, but at the same time, this seems like pertinent information to know from the data coming in.. so I have a feeling there is something obvious I am overlooking. Will simply looking at the unique visitors to the set of custom links give me what I am after? Any help is very much appreciated.

Hi Team, I was reviewing analytics report and found few URL's (though they are having just few clicks) which are not present on our site and not in sitemap but still they were tracked in analytics.I tried to reach them (content path from tracked URL) in content and site but I didn't get any entry related to them.  Could someone help on this why this happing and what will be root cause for this ?  Thanks

Hello,I have a few questions about the post_event_list field from the Adobe Data Feed and the event mapping file included.In the post_event_list, I am seeing values such as this: "24,010,010,710,810,900,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000"Why are there multiple instances of '000'?In the event mapping file that comes with the data feed, there is no event 24. How/where can I find info on what event 24 is? Same for 810 and 900.There are Custom Events from IDs 20100 - 20999. How can I find which Custom Events these are mapped to? They are only named Custom Event 101 - 1000, which does not align with what we see in our Adobe Analytics reporting suite. Thanks in advance.

I have registered my team up for the Adobe Analytics challenge, although when inviting a Faculty Mentor and other team members, Adobe will not send an invite email to anyone I invite. Why is this? Is the "invite" button on the teams homepage not working? Is the GET/ POST requests not setup correctly on the backend? 

Hi everyone, I am registering for adobe analytics challenge, I am not able to complete the registration. Resume  uploading is taking very long time, it is not getting uploaded and no error message is popping up. Have tried uploading many time but not working.

Adobe can list certain event counted as duplicate. (duplicate_events)Data column reference | Adobe AnalyticsBut how?Checking with serialization number like event1:unique_idor with event_list value (which contains othere events?)or information in cookies? We gave up event serialization because of the 20 bytes limit.And instead of that we started to serialize using duplicate_events field.So we would like to know how they can detect certain event as duplicate.Thanks

Hi Community, I hope you are well.I have a number of legacy classifications I want to delete. I know I can delete the classifications via the report suites section of the Admin console. My question is: Is it better to clear the classification values (i.e. using ~empty~) before deleting the classification itself?I'm not sure if deleting the classification automatically clears all of the values or if it's more like disabling a variable, where the data will still be there is if I re-add a classification to the variable in the future.Any information would be really helpful.

 I used the "Compare time periods" option to generate a % change in Avg. Time On Site. However, when I calculated it online, the % change was different.  For example, In the screenshot from the "External Campaigns Traffic" section, the % change for 00:24:54 and 00:49:35 Avg. time on site is showing as "+14,128.63%" which was a strange percentage to me. When I ran a calculation online it showed a % change of +90.13%. I had removed a few rows at the very bottom of that chart that were displaying "0"s for visits. Could this have affected the calculation? I ended up checking the % change for ever section and for every section my calculation was different than what was calculated in Adobe Analytics.  Is there a better metric I could be using?

I've been using flow diagram but I'm having trouble to differentiate the different journeys and which are the most common paths. 

Is this happening with anyone else?If we breakdown conversion by day, week, etc., no values show in workspace. We can copy the cells and paste them and see the values, but we can't see them in workspace. It's the only metric, so far, that has this issue.  

I tried creating a segment using entry page on a visit level, but it's not loading any data.

For adobe analytics, does the flow chart record a user journey where they browse through the site by inputting different URLs instead of clicking on a link on the page. Ex: going from reddit.com/r/AskReddit to to the homepage by inputting reddit.com instead of clicking the home page logo.

Hello everyone, V11 (Expiry after HIT ) - capturing the data like "A, B, C , D ". V11 fires in every server call. Here my question aremore number in Occurence then page views and custom page view(e1) why?In Dashboards should we use Occurence are not ? If yes in which seniro we should consider Occurence?In Dashboards should we use Page views are not ? If yes in which scenario we should consider Page views?To aviod unspecified what are the steps need to be consider?Why unspecified values are following into Analytics?   Please help me on this.
