Hi, In one of the schedule report of datawarehouse in AA we are getting warning of missing segment id, do we have any documentation on this or a solution that would help. thanks

In Octorber, we have run campaign SEM with 6,000 clicks and when we check Adobe, visit is 7,055, higher than click. Other campaigns don't encounter this issue. We have checked with External ID as below Many thanks,  

Hi all, I'm trying to connect funnel.io to adobe analytics, but I'm facing this issue on downloading the data: "User credentials lack permission! Make sure they have the Web Services permission group" , so no access to data. We follow all the procedure there: help.funnel.io/en/articles/2846956-how-to-setup-a-service-account-in-adobe-analyticsAnd we put the flag on adobe experience platform launch --> adobe analytics --> web service access from adobe admin console. but still don't know why i don't have access to data. Anyone can help me?     

I need to be able to visualize or at least export 30 days worth of data broken down by the day dimension. Example, unique visitors to page URLs by day within a 30 day period but I am limited to 15 days. Is there a way to extend the limit?

Is there a way in Adobe Workspace to change the default number of breakdown rows from 5 to 10 without manually changing them one at a time? When I need to show 25 items and then break all of them down by another item, I have to one by one change all of the 25 breakdowns to show 10 rows which takes a lot of time. 

Hi, We replicated the Adobe launch tags/elements/extensions and rules into a new test account as to maintain the tag when we build the new website. Developers have not placed the DL and dtm.js script on the dev site. The purpose of duplicating is that when we are implementing tags so it won't damage the current dev and prod site. Also, we agreed to use the old method instead of XDM. We have enabled the configuration environment for Adobe debugger to push the Dev site so I could test some basic elements and rules. I have publish the build and develop codes into dev env.As we am trying to use the Adobe debugger, AEP triggers but not AA tags. We are  trying to use Chrome Console to push some data layers and to trigger some rules. "var digitalData = {}; digitalData.event = digitalData.event || [];"Am I doing this wrong ? Can you share the steps I need to do to test this on console especially for one rule and one element. Thanks.

hi i tried to categorize customers with the segment called 'customer loyalty'but i find it very confusing and need clarification.i used the segment that is like below  hit bucketvisit container page = Aandhit container order exists then i tried to filtered it with customer loyalty with orders on topwhen i broke it down with visit number, most of new customers had visit number 1 and none of return customers and loyal customers were included.return customers and loyal customers had figures starting from visit number 2 this is so far understandable. but when i looked into visitor id that is under visit number 1, a person who made 4 purchases was included as new customers and the same visitor id was also included in loyal customers with 20 purchases at the same day. i thought if a person makes more than 3 orders he or she should be included in loyal customers and not both (new and loyal) and that person even had 4 purchases and categorized as new customers. i

Hi there, I'm trying to set up a daily alert if the conversion rate is above or below the anomaly detection / 2 standard deviations in the last 35 days (as per Adobe's calculation). However this is not an option available on Analytics, am I missing something? Where can I set it up? Thanks. 

Hi There, due to some tagging isues I was forced to use 'Non-repeating instance' in the attribution model in a segment I created. The segment is used to measure  only 1 time conversions for a form. These tagging problems are now solved and now I must use the default attributing model: "Repeating" This gives problems in the standard projects I made in the conversions over time, because i have to use 1 attributing model.  Is the a way to built a segment based on logical statment like:Before sep 1 2023:  use container X based on Non-repeatingOtherwise: use container Y based repeating model

Hi, We have website and Mobile App and currently tracking web and App data in two different reportsuites. We are planning to track both web and app data in one reportsuite (Global reportsuite). Is it possible to make a dimension for order of items viewed during a visit? For example, I want to drill down by Item View Order to see if the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. item viewed has a better cart add rate.From below, this example would show that cart adds are more likely to happen on the 5th item viewed than the 1st.  Order viewedProduct viewsCart AdditionsRate125001004%2230023010%3200030015%4180020011%5160045028% Mainly I want to know how many visits added the first item they viewed to cart? 

Hi, I have a css selector that fires opposite of what is in the span when I toggle a switch. I have tried multiple ways to trigger however was unable to do so. This is part of the html script: 1)for bookmarked:<div class="cmp_switch">   <span>Bookmark</span>2) for removed bookmark: <div class="cmp_switch">   <span>Remove Bookmark</span> When i created the rule the css selector used was : Core click : css selector : cmp_switch span The text triggers for the evar seems to be opposite from the actually toggle.Can anyone advise? Thanks.  

I export reports from Adobe Data Warehouse and feed them to our BI dashboard. Before exporting, we exclude suspicious "Cart IDs" using a Segment. Here's how I do it:  manually drag and drop "Cart ID" from the Dimensions lists one by one into the Segment. And then populate it with the Cart ID numbers we want to exclude. Attached is a "screenshot" of how it looks inside.  As you can see, it's a pretty time-consuming task. Sometimes, we have to exclude more than 50 cart IDs in a single day, so we have to drag and drop the "Cart ID" from the Dimensions list into the Segment one by one which can get quite overwhelming. I would like to know if there's any way I can automate this or, any shortcut or feature that I am not aware of which will save us time and effort.

By looking into the raw data excel, I find there are a few records having the value like the one below. Actually, what users expected is to see UUID of assets in the reports of AA. So, how is Asset ID working, please? Hi, I'm not seeing Windows 11 in my OS Report but this version has been out since October of last year.  Does it show up as Windows 10 in the report?  If so, when will Adobe parse out Windows 11 as a distinct OS? Thanks!

I set the configuration to 80, 95, and 100 percent.The call volume at 95% is higher than at 80%.I can't figure out why this is happening. I set up three rules with only percentage changes.

Hi, I am currently using the Adobe Client Data Layer to collect my page data, and I followed the setup for Analytics: Add Adobe Analytics. However, I am not able to see my data through the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, the column "Page Name" is disappeared. My Data Element setup is like this:    The JavaScript Variable works in my Browser Console, it always shows me the correct Page Name in the Console. So how and what should I do to show the Page Name in the Debugger? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
