Only showing 5 creates significant problems when dashboarding this data. Since the user is presented with 2 options. Stick with only seeing 5 items or select a single evar to see all breakdowns.  In my use case I want to breakdown across multiple values and increase the limit to at least 10 so I can dashboard that data. 

Currently conversion rate (the proportion of visits to orders) is only available as a calculated metric. Because of that, you can not see the totals of the column - for example in the marketing channel reports! RegardsErkan

Currently we don't have Mac OS version broken down unlike Windows and everything is bucketed under a single line item as "Macintosh". This data would be immensely helpful in analyzing the contribution of various Mac OS versions in conversions.

That would be nice to see the visitor cursor moves with clickmap (or other).

Sitecatalyst/discover should recognise visits from google organic search even if the search term has been removed from the referrer header. Following the new change from Google (http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2011/10/making-search-more-secure.html), logged in organic search visits show slightly differently in the referrer string, they now include ...&q=&... rather than ...&q=search+term&... . These should still be recognised in the referrer type report as 'search engines', rather than 'other websites' and show up as 'Google' in the search engines report.

As we make changes to our code, adding custom image requests for different features, it would be great to have an "unofficial" image request metric I could put on my site health dashboard, that would allow me to estimate where we might end up for the month in terms of expenses.

I would like to have the option to change the logic for Events in segment creation for SiteCatalyst. Currently when you create a segment in SiteCatalyst you are unable to include AND/OR logic to Custom Events.Custom Events are not available when you define a rule for your container, so you are only able to pull the events into the container, however there is no logic when pulling in multiple events. This means that AND is assumed and you are not able to switch it to OR.

When I export from SAINT, most of the time I only want the latest versions of each entry.  Instead I get the entire history.  Client Care has said that there is no way to get this.  There should be a check box or the like that lets you have only that.

Currently the Marketing Channel processing rules only offer an include option. I would like to be able to exclude values.

When defining a new metric in SiteCatalyst, it would be nice to have the option to total, average, or to show N/A.  Not all defined metrics should be automatically summed and this option would make it easier for the SiteCatalyst user.  

A more common frustration with first party cookies is that you have to choose what domain the FPC lives on. If you have two domains each with their own report suite, and a global report suite capturing data from both, how do you decide where to put the FPC? If you ask me, there should be an option to have a mixed cookie setting: both a 1st and 3rd party cookie set with the visitorID.In concept, the idea works as such: Visitor lands on a.com (FPC and 3PC are set with the same visitorID) and data is sent to a.com report suite and global report suiteVisitor lands on b.com the next day (3PC is read, FPC is set with same visitorID) and data is sent to b.com report suite and global report suite Obviously, if the visitor is not accepting 3PC's, there's nothing we can do and the visitor is not de-duped in the global report suite. Sounds cool, eh?

It seems silly that this isn't the case, but geolocation should be turned on by default. An unnecessary ticket to ClientCare needs to be submitted to do this every time a new report suite is created. All competitors provide it out of the box, and definitely don't require a call to customer support. I'm pretty sure this isn't a contract issue.

It would be nice if we had a dashboard type that was more interactive. For example as the creator of the dashboard I could configure a number of pre-determined filters that can be applied to dashboard.  For example if I created a mobile based dashboard I could provide a drop down filter based on mobile device type another based on manufacturer and another on device name so a user can toggle between smartphone and tablet. Of course I can achieve this via segmentation but it's hard to convey which segments a user should apply to dashboard to get insights often a user learns that changing a segment on dashboard will produce un-predictable results where it already includes multiple segments.  So I propose up to 3 dashboard creator defined filters which appear within the dashboard. These are approved by the dashboard creator so the users are encourage to interact with these filters to get different views on the data. Hope that makes sense. 

Curren Reportbuilder functionality does not all for Traffic and Commerce metric to be in the same block. One of my most commonly run Excel reports is Reportsuite summary across a variety of metrics (pv, visits, visitors, revenue, order, units, avg time spent, carts, blog comments, etc)This currently requires 2 blocks in Reportbuilder, but only 1 block in ExcelClient. Reportbuilder should be expanded to allow different types of metrics to be in the same block

As privacy, DNT, and IE10 become more and more important conversations when discussing analytics, it'd be great to see a built-in report that pulls in the values of the DNT header (Do Not Track). Right now I'm using JavaScript to capture this in an eVar, but it seems like a wasted eVar since it could be included out of the box.

It would be nice if a processing rule could be setup with an automatic expiration date. For example if you are using a processing rule to correct an misspelled value while you wait for your engineers to push corrected code to production. You could setup your processing rule and set it to expire on the date of the next code push. This would allow you to use processing rules more frequently and reduce the chance of rules falling between the cracks and causing problems in the future.

Currently time parting is available via the plug-in and requires 3 props and 3 eVars if sending Time of Day, Day of the Week, Weekend/Weekday into their own reports.This should be a standard out-of-the-box report. I'm positive many clients would see a need for this report

We would like to be able to view by hour for specific campaigns, not just "campaigns" as a whole.

Weekly granularity is by far the most used in my experience. It's be nice to have last 26 weeks and last 13 weeks as pre-sets. Thanks!

It would be great to have a browser based viewer for projects set up with discover.The viewer should only provide updated number for a project already set up in discover. It need not be capable to alter ans reports or worksheets. Only the timespan should be editable.If the viewer could be integrated with Sitecatalyst this would be ideal, but any other or stand-alone solution would be good as well.

Currently you can only exclude 5 IP addresses/ranges in Admin, to exclude more you have to pay for a VISTA rule to exclude this traffic from specified IPs. We have more than 5 IP address/ranges we need to exclude from all our Report Suites as we have Webmasters and Developers all over Europe.  If it is possible to exclude these via Admin then it wouldn’t require much resource to increase this to as many as you need. We shouldn’t have to pay for a VISTA rule to get our data correct - this should be as standard.

I am integreating a number of legacy sites with huge back catalogs of content which needs to be classified. Legacy content is infequently accessed as such it could be weeks / months before some items get a page view. This means I must set a schduled to classify the entire back-catalog picking up new values as we go. This means uploading large multiple files with a huge number of lines which have no effect. I suspect there's a better way to do this. I would like a feature where I could do a single histroical upload to saint to cover back catalog items. Then continue to do the normal go forward classifications which would be smaller and easier to manage.

In insight there is a transformation called "copy" where you can classify multiply items into one group.This is great but for sitecatalyst i use saint to classify multiply items the only problem is that I have to classify every row in the saint file where as with insight you can set-up a clause that classifies multiply items all at  once. I would like the idea of adding a function to saint where you can classify multiply items by some sort of syntax clause instead of classify row by row in excel. Example. Multiply banner campaign tags classified by a clause of .*Banner_.* as Banner Campaign. So this would classify any camping tag with banner_ as Banner Camapign.

The ability to apply a centered moving average to a trended metric could save a huge amount of time for analysts. The current moving average implementation is not as useful as it could be. To quantify and report trends, an analyst has to retrieve the raw numbers, calculate the CMA, and then calculate the MAPE to see if the CMA period is viable. If SiteCatalyst could calculate a CMA based on user-supplied periods, and include the MAPE in the output, many hours of analysts' time would be freed for actual analysis rather than computation.
