Turn on Geolocation by default

It seems silly that this isn't the case, but geolocation should be turned on by default. An unnecessary ticket to ClientCare needs to be submitted to do this every time a new report suite is created. All competitors provide it out of the box, and definitely don't require a call to customer support. I'm pretty sure this isn't a contract issue.
