Add a report to the Visitor Profile / Technology section to collect DNT

As privacy, DNT, and IE10 become more and more important conversations when discussing analytics, it'd be great to see a built-in report that pulls in the values of the DNT header (Do Not Track). Right now I'm using JavaScript to capture this in an eVar, but it seems like a wasted eVar since it could be included out of the box.
