Hi Analytics Team, I have a tag with certain number of rules in it, which are setting different evars. Below is for example a final changes committed in the library. With respect to the above, i have set three different environments(dev, stage, prod) as below. When i deploy these individual libraries to my dev, stage and prod environment. They all are setting the same evar(ex evar1).Now, is there a way to segregate whether the evar1 value is generated from which environment? As when i map the values of evar1 in Adobe Analytics Workspace, i get all the values from each environment. Thanks
Hi all, why does my average time on site is different in adobe analytics and excel. In adobe analytics the average time on site for the month of January is 00:02:30 however when I download this data in excel and calculate the average the average time on site is 131.3377005 which will convert to 00:02:11. Can anyone tell me why is there a discrepancy?
Hi Team,In eVar71 we are tracking the page url value. The page url value we are taking it from "document.url".When we checked the visit against it, it is showing us unspecified . I just want to understand why we are getting unspecified as value.As per adobe documentation unspecified values comes when value was not set for that evar.But as per launch configuration we are firing evar17 value on each page-load. then why we are getting "unspecified" in report ??
Hello.I moved an existing site to a new site format and started using Adobe Analytics.I was previously using Google Analytics as a data tracking tool, but I have been using Adobe Analytics for the last month. When I looked at the data of the last month, I realized that there was a very dramatic decrease. When I did research on this, I saw that there could be a 3-8% data loss, but my data dropped quite a lot. What could be the reason for this?

I am comparing the Adobe OOB First Launches metric to a visit-based segment to capture visits with a first launch (screenshot below). Should the two counts be the same? I am seeing first launches is only ~1% of visits with a first launch.
Can we create alert in Adobe Analytics for page not found (404) based on specific page. For example: lets say we want to create a alert for homepage 404, if instances are more than 50, can we do that?
Description - Two separate asks here. One is that currently when a prop is turned on within report suites, it will permanently reside in the default view, this is not true to Events and eVars. The props being stuck permanently on is causing confusion as we only intent on looking at the enabled eVars and any missclick to "add new" will muddy the report suite. Second request is to have a description field visible on eVars from within report suites (same as it is for events). It would be helpful to be able to view a quick description of the eVars as we can for events and would save time maintaining an SDRWhy is this feature important to you - Will clean up our data and save timeHow would you like the feature to work - prop=disabled, then remove from report suite default view, Description field added for eVars page (same as events)Current Behavior - prop=disabled, prop permanently stays on default view, this is true for as many props as you enable
Currently in Workspace, we have Date Ranges like "This Month", "Last Month", "Last 7 days", etc. But these date ranges are relative to your current date.What I would like are date ranges that are relative to my project's date range.Example 1:Today is 15 August 2017.I run a report for 1-31 July 2017.The "Previous Month" date range would show the data for 1-30 June 2017, i.e. the month previous to 1-31 July 2017.Example 2:Today is 15 August 2017.I run a report for 1-31 January 2017.The "Previous Month" date range would show the data for 1-31 December 2016, i.e. the month previous to 1-31 January 2017.And similarly for "Next Month".And similarly for other time periods, e.g. day, week, month, quarter, year.
It would be useful to be able to export reports from the Analysis workspace into AWS S3 or some other storage service, since the only option, as of today, is to export via email.Although you can use the data warehouse tool to export data into an S3 bucket, the analysis workspace offers some features that are unavailable in the data warehouse, like the use of calculated metrics.

Hi Team,,, Yesterday I received raw data from Data feed in zip format. After extracting it, when I opened the file seeing "event_list" column is getting converted into "##########". not able to understand the content behind it. Please suggest here how to extract data from "############"
So when receiving a alert i am just receiving a text that says alert 1 generated and alert triggered because marks are less than 0. But i want to make it more meaningful by including chart as well of last few days in the alert mail itself rather than clicking on analyze further Is there a way to do that

I have a large workspace project (lots of panels) which as of today I am unable to access. It gets hung up on the 'loading' stage.Looking in the JS console I see:An Unknown error kept the project from loading Error: Request failed with status code 502Have tried different browsers and different computers with the same result. Able to get into other workspace projects without issue.I suspect I've added too much to this workspace - but is there any way I can get in and delete some of my panels please? Have so much work in there and can't afford to lose it all.Thank you very much
We are receiving values and want to separate them using a delimiter. We've found that colon isn't suitable, nor is a single pipe. Other single characters like semi colon, comma and exclamation mark isn't suitable because these values already exist in some of the values. Could double pipe be ok? i've not seen these values present in any existing data but wanted to check in case there was a technical reason to avoid.
Page A and B have the same domain. Page A has only 1 link within the page, which the user will be directed to page B upon clicking that link. I was analysing these 2 counts:(i) number of clicks on the link on page A: 6,000(ii) page views of the referrer page url A that clickthroughs to page B: 12,000 (ii) is two times higher than (i). My questions are as follows: a. What are the reasons for the differences in counts?b. I understand that the higher referrer page views in (ii) could be due to users using bookmarked or typed out the url. Is there another way to verify this beside using the 'referrer type'?
Hi, I am new with the web-sdk implementation, need help with one specific scenario. In page view call i want to append additional events like page-load time, time-spent on previous page (developer have passed the values in datalayer). Like this - web.webPageDetails.pageLoadTime and web.webPageDetails.timeSpentOnPreviousPage. Created the corresponding data elements and using those data-elements in XDM object. By assigning in _experience.analytics.events1to100.event31.value to corresponding data-element. Is that approach right ? Because i am not seeing any data getting populated into reports. While i can see data flowing in interact call.
DTM and Launch switch is not capturing the environments in the drop-down event when follow the mentioned steps and take it back to the environments tab in my web property.
I am trying to get the time between 2 events that can be set with multiple id values set in an eVar. E.g. I have a tool started event that has a tool.toolId (eVar1) value of "Calculator" with a tool completed event with the same tool.toolId (eVar1) value of "Calculator". But there may be other tool started and complete events that happen between the Calculator tool started and tool completed. I am trying to figure out if I can use the getTimeToComplete plugin to start a timer for each tool started based on the tool.toolID (eVar1). Thanks
