Adobe Advertising

ghjkl;

Adobe has become much more than just a creative software company. Over the past few years, Adobe Advertising and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem have played a major role in helping businesses deliver personalized customer experiences across multiple platforms. ()One thing I find particularly interesting is how Adobe combines analytics, audience targeting, AI-driven insights, and cross-channel campaign management into a single ecosystem. This gives marketers the ability to better understand customer behavior and create more relevant advertisements instead of relying on generic campaigns.At the same time, I think there are still challenges for newcomers trying to learn Adobe Advertising products because the ecosystem is very large and enterprise-focused. Many users in online communities mention that there is a steep learning curve, especially for products connected to AEM and Experience Cloud. ()I’d love to hear from others in the community:What has your experience been with

I’ve been exploring different Adobe advertising and marketing tools lately, and one thing I keep noticing is how much modern campaigns now rely on personalization and user behavior data rather than just traditional ad placement.With platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud focusing heavily on customer journeys, analytics, and audience segmentation, it feels like advertising is becoming much more experience-driven instead of simply pushing ads to large audiences. Adobe communities also emphasize learning, collaboration, and improving customer experiences through smarter workflows and integrations. ()I’m curious how others here approach balancing personalization with simplicity. Do you think highly targeted campaigns genuinely improve engagement, or are users starting to feel overwhelmed by “too personalized” advertising experiences?Would love to hear how different teams are using Adobe tools for campaign optimization and customer engagement.

Hi everyone,I’m new to the Adobe Experience League community and excited to finally join the discussions here. I’ve been exploring different Adobe solutions and trying to better understand how teams use Adobe tools to create more effective digital experiences and workflows.I’m particularly interested in learning best practices, practical use cases, and real-world tips from experienced members — especially around improving productivity, content management, and overall user experience within Adobe platforms.I’m still learning, so I’m hoping to gain insights from community discussions, shared resources, and expert advice. If anyone has recommendations for beginner-friendly learning paths, helpful documentation, or common mistakes to avoid, I’d really appreciate your guidance.Looking forward to connecting and learning with all of you!Thanks

Hi everyone,I’ve recently been spending time with the word puzzle Letter Boxed, and it made me think about how games that challenge creativity and structured thinking can actually relate to digital workflows and content strategy.For anyone new and wondering how do you play Letter Boxed, the idea is to connect letters from different sides of a square to form words while eventually using all available letters in as few moves as possible. It’s simple to learn but surprisingly strategic.Interestingly, puzzles like this feel similar to working within Adobe tools — combining limited elements creatively to produce efficient outcomes, whether in content design, UX thinking, or marketing workflows.I’m curious:Do you use logic or word games to sharpen creative thinking? Have you noticed problem-solving skills from games translating into your Adobe projects?Would love to hear how others approach Letter Boxed or similar brain-training activities!Thanks!

Introduction Real-time bidding (RTB) is a fundamental component of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) within the realm of programmatic advertising. It enables advertisers and publishers (website owners) to purchase and sell ad inventory in real time through digital auctions.   Left image: A publisher page with an ad space(usually referred as impression opportunity or ad-slot). An example of where a Demand Side Platform would bid for an ad slot. More information on Adobe DSP Right image: An auction flow with that is completed within 100ms.. Publishers work with Supply Side Platforms (SSP) to auction ad-slot availability to various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs or Buyers) through bid requests (usually a http request), whenever a visitor lands on a webpage. DSPs decide to bid or not based on various targeting criteria. The exchange selects the winning ad and delivers it. More information on Adobe SSP partners. Hello Community, We are looking at setting up an integration with Adobe Advertising and Adobe analytics, as part of the due diligence I had the below questions: First of all what are some of the challenges of the integration itself. -Can we map adobe advertising data to a virtual report suite?-What is the granularity of the data that we can expect flowing into Adobe Analytics?-Would custom variables need to be enabled to see the data in Adobe Analytics?-Would there be any additions to current server call usage (this maybe a broad and not worded correctly) but essentially looking to identify any loads or unseen costs?-Is reporting available in real-time or what kind of latency are we looking at?- Do campaign tracking code strings need additional meta data to be appended?- Is data available retroactively?Overall what are some of the best practices while integrating? Thanks

AI in marketing is the use of customer data, machine learning and other computational concepts to predict consumer’s action. With AI, businesses can create great marketing analytics techniques to focus on the potential customers. This may help digital marketers feed customers with the right content on the right channel at the right time. Why is AI Marketing important?AI Marketing allows marketers to crunch huge amounts of promoting data analytics from social media, emails and website in relatively faster time. Moreover, the insights they get in an exceedingly shorter time-frame help marketers boost campaign performance and return on investment (ROI) faster. This offers marketers and businesses longer to specialize in other equally important tasks.76 percent of consumers expect companies to grasp their needs and expectations. AI marketing will help content marketers understand who exactly their target market is, thereby creating a private experience for customers/users. How to

Advertising is one of the largest businesses on the planet. Globally, companies are spending more than $570B a year to generate brand awareness and drive sales through both traditional and digital advertising channels. One of the biggest trends — and sources of uncertainty — in the advertising business has been the transition from traditional to digital channels. We have all talked about digital transformation across marketing, but nowhere has this change been more dramatic than with digital advertising. Even television — the king of advertising — is shifting to digital buying and delivery processes. It’s still early, but it is happening. Digital Transformation Is Altering the Advertising World.This shift is changing how we need to think about and manage our advertising campaigns. You’ve probably heard Adobe’s CMO, Ann Lewnes, talk about how Adobe has managed this journey — by transitioning to spend around 80 percent of our advertising budget through digital channels. We’ve been highly

As we all know the digital industry ecosystem is very dynamic in nature. With the recent developments and changes in the marketing space, one thing always remains constant, Audience. Understanding our audience's behavior and reaching out to the right set of customers is the most important aspect. And for this, marketers require data to pull insights about their user behavior. This data is available in three forms: first, second, and third-party data.What is First-Party data?This is the advertiser’s data that they collect themself. First-part data includes information such as demographics, interests, time spent on the website, purchase history, etc. This customer information is collected from both online and offline sources, such as the company’s website, app, CRM, social media, or surveys. These data points can be segmented further and monetized by using a data management platform resulting in a personalized experience for the end-user.Why First-Party data matters:First-party data is g

While the idea of marketing to people based on their location is nothing new, according to a research there is an expected increase in the use of geo-fencing to grow to $2.4 billion by 2023 as mobile usage is increasing.With geo-fencing, you can do real-time targeting based on a user’s location. A target area can be within few miles of a restaurant and when a user enters or leaves this area, they receive a push notification, text message or some other form of marketing communication.According to a research, people who open a push notification - 54% of them convert via segmented push compared to 15% from broadcast messages and there are approx. 52% of users who enable push messaging on their mobile apps.You can select and mark off a geographical area from map and create a digital barrier around it. This “fenced-off” area will detect and communicate with mobile devices that breach the territory. A Geofence gives the ability to send messages via SMS, Email or App-based notifications to de

Think of a scenario in the near future, you are in a conversation with your digital assistant. Many of us are already living through it, right? Yes, estimates show that in the US alone 117 Million users (35% of the total population) use a voice assistant at least monthly and it is expected to go up to 122 Million in 2021 (Source: eMarketer, May 2019). The way we are depending on digital assistants nowadays, this is going to be a new normal for us.Instead of just asking Siri to put an alarm, call someone, take you somewhere, or sharing a joke, you are going to engage in real conversations with her in the near future.
