If you wanted to pull in folks from San Antonio, Austin and Houston, with occasional strays from DFW you should consider meeting in Bryan/College Station. For those outside of the state here are the reasons: 1. 2 hrs from Austin, Waco and Houston 2. 3 hrs from DFW and San Antonio 3. Home of Texas A&M University which has been known to graduate a "few" WF users across Texas. 4. Inexpensive to stay overnight (excluding weekends with Texas A&M scheduled activities) I may be able to offer our brand new facility for these meetings if my assumptions are valid for time of day/frequency/attendees.
