Workfront Integration with Content Management Platform

Hi, Our team is exploring options for one of our clients. We produce lots of content for this particular client and we're having hard managing where content is in their process once it leaves our agency, due dates, etc. Our thought was to integrate our Workfront process/tasks/workflow with a content management tool by doing a custom integration with an open API. Does anyone have experience using a content management tool with Workfront? If so, what tool do you use? Thanks! Hi Jenn, if you're just managing reviews and approvals for an external client, then the Workfront Review and Approval tools (aka ProofHQ) could work for you. I'd create a client review task and then build a custom workflow for the review that includes your external reviewer(s). You'd just need a point person on the other side to make sure it gets updated properly. Then you could build a custom report to show all the external review tasks, etc. Just a thought...
