Workfront Form Designer - Pop Up Error

Hello,

The Workfront form designer popped up for me for the first time today when I opened up a proof and neither of the buttons on it work. I cannot close it out and now I can't read comments or update any of my proofs. I have opened work front up in Safari and Chrome and any proof I open has this window pop up and I can't close it.

Can someone please help?

looks to be resolved now.

for me this popped up when trying to access Setup, trying to help a user with a login error. hopefully resolved momentarily. also seeing it pop up during all sorts of clicks. WF Please resolve soon!
