Many browsers do a pretty good job of printing to pdf, and Workfront can print dashboards to pdf now, too. If those aren't quite what you need though, I can suggest two other options.
Our OCD (Overlay Custom Data) technology can dynamically read custom data from Workfront and then print to pdf in a "what you see is what you get" manner, including collapsing or showing sections within the form.
And if you need a Gorgeous Format (eg logos, corporate colors, specific layouts, charts, etc.), I'd recommend our Magic Reports solution, which does all that and more.
