Something that makes life difficult for PMs is when task dates change due to changes on predecessors, however there is no record on the Updates tab of the Task that: A) the date changed B) why the date changed It can cause users to feel that the system is doing strange things and undermine their confidence, along with increasing frustration. This keeps coming up for us as an issue, and it also makes some of our integration a lot harder and inefficient because the info is also not available via the Journal object. I raised it with Workfront Support again and was given the dreaded 'The system is working as designed' response. This is a poor design if it was a conscious design. I suspect it was an omission from the design more than anything! :) If you feel the same, please vote below!
