Is there anyway to mass close time sheets in a Home Group for a certain time period? We were not using Workfront for timekeeping until this year. We are showing other years and would like to close everything but 2017. Below you will see 2014, and we need to remove those from all of our Workfront users. Becky Grosh Humana

Yes, by bulk edit those. Go to Timesheets > All Timesheets and filter Belonging To for desire Home Group and select Specific Date in Time Period. When finished, click ' Filter' . You will get the list oh those. And then select them all and click 'Edit'. And in 'Edit Timesheets' window select 'Closed' in Status field. you can also control timesheet status via the API We have a cron job that runs every monday and automatically closes all timesheets for the previous week that keeps anyone users from re-opening their timesheets and making edits to them after the billing period.
