Hello,
I'm trying to create a report in WF Global that shows the total hours an employee has entered in a month for a project, without showing entry by entry. So, for example, I'd like to see:
Project 123456 - Employee John Doe - Month June 2025 - Total hours 56
I've tried using the Total Hours option, but it still shows time entry by time entry. How could I force the report o summarize by month not using Matrix?
Thanks.

You should use an Hour Report instead. Group the Hour report in Matrix mode by:
Row Grouping: Owner > Name, Project > Name
Column Grouping: Hour > Entry Date (select the summarize by month option).
This might fit the bill - so you can either report on
The latter gives you the sum, see example here

Thank you, but what I need is a data dump of the hours by month/project/owner. A table without groupings. Is it possible?

You should use an Hour Report instead. Group the Hour report in Matrix mode by:
Row Grouping: Owner > Name, Project > Name
Column Grouping: Hour > Entry Date (select the summarize by month option).
Just saw that you wanted Project first so just switch the two fields in the Row grouping above
Thank you, but I don't want the matrix view. I'd like the details tab to be a table with hours by month/project/owner, without using the groupings. The idea is to be able to extract that and send to clients.

I read that as OP asked for "not using matrix"
Your report thought gives exactly what OP described, neat!
