Hello- I was going to create a project and just add tasks or maybe issues since they wont get "completed or worked on" each one would represent a person and have same custom form - bio - etc and documents section for their images. but I am thinking there must be a better way--the people need to be reviewed every year - see if they are still interested or are team members and repository for images to be referenced when collateral is being created. does anyone do this and if so what is best practice..?? thanks for any input - I am trying to avoid having to create a project for each person.
