Has anyone created a survey to send out to their users to gather feedback on how to improve your instance? If so, would you be willing to share it? We adopted Workfront about 5 months ago. We have experienced great adoption and now have a stable user base. That said, we still have plenty of room for improvement. I've never created a survey before and don't feel entirely competent in creating one.
