Spring 2018 User Group Host Needed

Hello! In case we haven't interacted yet, I am the new Community Manager at Workfront. I'd like to ask if any of you would be interested in hosting the spring User Group some time in March. Hi Justine, Thank you for the email. Digital Fusion host the 2017 Denver UG. I am interested in helping with the 2018 User Group but as I have shifted into the Operations role here at DF my schedule is pretty crazy. I would be happy to help where I can, but won't be able to do any heavy lifting. That is awesome that there is swag now! Bummed we missed out on that! We usually aim for between 25-35 people. We serve a meal and do presentations and networking. The events are usually three hours from 12:00pm-3:00pm, but we are flexible to what works for you. I wasn't able to attend the last one but I was told there were about 10-15 people. Do we think 25-35 is an accurate number? We could possibly do it here at Denver Water, but our entire campus is under construction, so parking is difficult. Also, is it really a noon-3pm thing? I believe the last one was at 4 or 5pm. This would make a difference as it'll be easier on parking at 4 or 5pm at our place. So it might help the possibility. Thank you for all of the interest and volunteers! I am happy to announce that we have a host and a date now. @Brady Robinder from Comcast will be hosting us on March 28th. We are still working out all of the remaining details and I will post the event registration page in the group once it is live.
