One of the last workflows that we are trying to outline for inclusion in Workfront is Speaking Proposals/Speaking Opportunities for conferences . We are at the first stage of this and began to whiteboard our current process for these, but quickly observed that it was not going to be as straight-forward as we first thought. Lots of pre- and post- submittal task work needed, along with quite a number of custom data fields. Has anyone successfully incorporated conference Speaking Proposals? Would you be willing to share what you are doing or how you tackled them, which could help inform or change what we are currently trying to scope out now. Any 'words of wisdom', lessons learned, etc. about how you handled getting this workflow into Workfront would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for any insight that you can provide.
