I'm pretty sure the answer is No, but have to ask it anyway. Is there a way to share a list of objects (eg. projects) with the user selected filter/view/group applied without having to export or create a report?
I have a user group that performs a bi-weekly project review and they want to direct meeting participants to the same filters/views/groups they use during the meeting. Something like a bi-weekly report, with a link to the 'On Hold' projects, a link to the projects by division, etc.
They've already set up the filters/views/groups to use while reviewing the portfolio in real time and now want to share that via email. I'm looking for a solution that doesn't require me to build a report for each combination of filter/view/group they want AND then maintain both the filter/view/group options within the portfolio AND the reports.
Assuming not possible, anyone know of an Innovation Lab Idea I can upvote?
