Our technical writing group obtains approval for policies, procedures, and forms in Workfront Proof. One of our controls is to archive and lock a fully-approved proof. However, the current controls allow any WP user to unarchive a proof. This is a control risk for our group. Is there a way to restrict which users can unarchive a proof? Thank you!
