I have two resources that are only available part time. I've adjusted their FTE to be less than 1 but when I do manual leveling (via Legacy Gantt or Team Builder), they are being allocated work greater than their FTE value. I don't have any constraints that would be forcing the dates to complete by a certain time - everything is set to start as soon as possible with no fixed dates.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get WF to level based on FTE or something similar without setting fixed dates or false task dependencies?
