Dear Becky, The base object for recording time is the 'hour'. Hours can be applied to tasks, issues, projects or general overhead. A timesheet is simply a collection of hours belonging to a particular individual with an entry date between a range (the timesheet date range). If you do an 'Hour' type report, the description field contains the notes entered by the user.
