Our group is looking to send out email reminders to fill out timesheets on a weekly basis. We created a timesheet profile to create the timesheets on a weekly basis, but is there a way to send reminders to fill out the timesheets?

Hi Amanda,
We do this, and you need to go into the Setup area and select the Email option on the left hand menu.
Under Email, go to Notifications, then create a New Email Template, and make sure that you select Timesheets as the Object Type.
Once that has been created, go to the Reminder Notifications tab, and create a New Reminder Notification. From the drop down, select Timesheet from the options, and then configure appropriately, and you will then need to pick the Email Template you just created from the drop down box at the bottom.
