Hi All, Right now, we use Workfront for ticketing and projects to support a custom web based billing application. From that web application, we have direct links to Workfront and also our own custom Help System (built using Madcap Flare). We are looking to roll out one platform that our users can go to in order to view/search Help documentation, Submit tickets that will land in Workfront and also create a forum / Idea Exchange very similar to those used by Workfront. Has anyone had any success in integrating Workfront ticketing with an online discussion forum and idea exchange on their own? If so, do you mind making any software recommendations that easily integrated with Workfront? We are also tossing around the idea of implementing a chat feature in our web app that could potentially turn a chat thread into a Workfront task.
