Recommendation for Expense Report software

Hi, We are currently "auditioning" for a new Expense report system. We are looking at Concur and Nexonia so far. Do any of you have a recommendation? What does your company use? Software with an open API is preferable. Thanks! Randy Roberts Zimmerman Advertising LLC

Hi Randy, When we switched our time & expense system to WorkFront, we switched everything. WorkFront does not have the same capabilities as our old system for expenses but we're making do with extra checks and balances and using fields as best we can. We transfer the data to Quickbooks Online for invoicing clients and reimbursing employees. Our former system for time and expenses (you could just use it for expenses) was Minute7. It synced directly to Quickbooks online and many options to export data. For $4/month per user, it was great for expenses - easy to approve and secure entries from changes, receipts could be uploaded and then moved to Quickbooks or exported elsewhere. We use Nexonia. To my knowledge they do not have an open API, but do tightly integrate with our accounting software (using a private API). We then send expense data to Workfront using the accounting software API. Zach Gilliam Saxum
