Receiving email notifications from preview?

Hi, Has anyone else had trouble receiving email notifications in their Outlook from their preview sandbox? I've turned the appropriate settings on and I'm still not getting any. Yes. We had a user report the issue on Monday. However, the emails are coming from our Sandbox environment, not Preview. They let us know that they started getting them the prior week. We have a ticket opened with support to look into it because these user don't have the setting turned on in there profile for them to get emails in this environment. Admin Kelly-Wehrmann SSFCU
