Proofing automation

i doubt this is possible, but it never hurts to ask. I have a custom form used to make requests and requests can also come from Salesforce. I have fields asking who the proof goes to. I would like to have that field feed into the proof window so my designers don't have to retype the info. Anybody tried that? Tonya Carroll Taylor Communications
