ProofHQ users aren't being notified

Hello WF forum, Have a good one for you..... In ProofHQ, we currently have it setup where everyone receives notifications when they're mentioned within a proof. For the most part, this works 99% of the time except for one individual (who also happens to be our CEO). For some reason, noone receives an email when she mentions them within a proof. However we receive emails if anyone else mentions us within the proof. I'm dumbfounded with this one and hope you can help! - Chris Chris Contreras

We've had a number of confusing issues with ProofHQ notifications recently as well. Have you checked your CEO's Contact in the ProofHQ platform to see if she/he has a "default role" set to something like "read only"? - Dave Fallon David Fallon Cartera Commerce, Inc.
