Is there any way to make it so we cannot make a project status complete without having all project time approved? We just discovered rejected hours from 2015 and 2016 in the system on a completed project, and we thought this might be a good check point to stop that from happening again. I know you cannot mark a project complete if there are open tasks and issues, feels like open time would be logical as well. Thoughts?
