Project Report: Project Owner ID = Entered by ID

I'm trying to create a report that shows Active projects where the Project Owner ID equals the Entered by ID (that they are same user in both regards). I can't seem to get filters right to show this. I assume that this has be done via Text Mode but everything I try gives zero results when I know there are results. Does anyone know if this is possible? And if so, what I have to put into the report filter to make it work correctly and generate these results? Thanks!

This should work: ownerID=FIELD:enteredByID ownerID_Mod=eq

Is there a way to do the opposite? Where we can see if the Entered By and Primary Owner aren't the same person? I couldn't get this to work for me. ownerID=FIELD:enteredByID ownerID_Mod=notin
