Project owner is System integration

Hi Team, 

I have come across the project in Workfront where the project is entered by Integration user and the assignee is no one. 

1) when and why, it happened?

2) How can I get more information in this.

When you create a project via API, the default owner of that project is the API user (here System Integration). 

Your integration needs to set the project owner.
