Currently when you "remind" someone to approve an document the system displays in the update feed "'retracts the previous approval' ". How can you retract a approval that wasn't done and if they did do it why would we need to remind them?? The system should probably say something like "Reminder sent to approve". thanks for the heads up. There are so many ideas out there that it's hard to keep track. And this is such a simple one that I hope it will be easy for them to implement. We don't do a lot of review reminders but any time we do, I definitely want it to be clear what I'm requesting.
