Has anyone been able to allow for stakeholders to vote on the most important projects to drive the prioritization inside of Workfront, without having to go to a different system? With up to 100 projects pending, manual voting becomes too tedious, and we are hoping that we can use a feature in Workfront to accomplish the voting process, without having to purchase an additional product. Hi Dan, Yes, I've modeled voting within Workfront without using external systems several differen ways, depending on the situation, and with varying degrees of success. Perhaps one of these will suit your situation: Use the Portfolio Optimizer to drag Projects into the right prioritized order (typically in an on-the-big-monitor review meeting, sometimes with boisterous discussion, and occasionally some skirmishes). Portfolio Rank (a built in field) then holds the ordinal results. Use the Scorecard, Business Case, and/or Custom Data with weighted questions to drive out the relative importance (eg a Project Priority) in a somewhat less subjective fashion Create a multi-select field with one checkbox per voter and allow each to thereby yay/nay their vote on the Project's merit, and a (tricky) calculated parameter to add up those results (eg Project Vote Tally), with some rules and norms around how many votes each person may cast, etc. if Honor Code will suffice Similar concept, but using a special Issue Type to allow users to log a vote for or against (and perhaps using a "point" mechanism so they can weight said votes; along with other interesting custom data of use), then rolled up into special Issue Tally reports that can reveal the Wisdom Of The Crowd and (ultimately) guide overall priorities Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore Got Skills?
