Overarching filter for dashboard reports

Hi, I set up a dashboard with a handful of reports that all require prompts to be filled out. Is there a way to fill out one set of prompts and have it applied to all the reports in the dashboard? Example: A dashboard with 6 reports about project details. Ordinarily, you would have to fill out the project prompt for each of the reports. Instead, setting the prompt for 1 project and having it applied to all the reports would be very nice. Andrew Knieriem Mahle Powertrain, LLC

Sorry, but that capability doesn't exist at this time. :( Admin Kelly-Wehrmann SSFCU

Hi Andrew, I invite you to consider our UberFilter solution "http://store.atappstore.com/product/uberfilter/#1">http://store.atappstore.com/product/uberfilter/#1 , which would let you choose one filter at the top of the dashboard and apply it to all the dashboard reports simultaneously. I invite you to up-vote the two ideas on the Idea Exchange that cover this topic. The more votes it gets, the more likely Workfront is to update it. Hi Vincent Does the fact that neither of these links take me anywhere useful mean that Workfront have implemented this request in a code release since 2017 If so, how do I find out how to do this? Regards Bob Bob Sleigh

Apologies I've just managed to follow the second link to the Idea page and have up-voted the idea. So how many votes does it take to get the idea developed? I'm guessing it's more than ther six there are now as this has been waiting for a couple of years... Regards Bob Bob Sleigh

You're close Brian, 45 and it sends it to our product team for review, where they are given a bit of time to consider it from a business perspective. Thanks! Dustin Martin Assigned Support Engineer Workfront
