Outlook Add In for a group mailbox

Does anyone have experience using the Outlook Add-in for a group mailbox? Workfront works well for a user's primary Outlook mailbox, but once the user attempts to use Workfront for a secondary, group mailbox, they get this error message: "You cannot perform this action. Add-ins are not supported in this folder." Any workarounds for this? Lori Culver

Hi Lori, The Workfront for Outlook plugin was designed around the user's Office based email account. (Or Exchange if you use Exchange 2013+.) This is why it doesn't work with a secondary email box. You would need to go to that group mailbox and add the WF Outlook addin to that account. I hope this helps! Thanks, Dustin Martin Assigned Support Engineer Workfront
